The location on ************ in ********* was a great experience. Ozzy and the whole staff were friendly and helpful. Every question was answered with clarity. They were easy to contact regarding delivery. 10 stars!!

I needed speakers and a subwoofer for a surprise backyard birthday party and decided to rent from rent a center since they had a mobile audio package listed. The setup was affordable and I thought it would be a convenient choice, everything was ok until about halfway through the night, the subwoofer cut out intermittently, when I called to get it checked, the technician took days to show up and I had to return it a day late. I ended up paying a small late fee, which raised the total cost more than I expected.

This store is awesome. If you just honor your commitment to the agreement that you sign. then all is good. I have been in the store where I have heard customers that are behind on their payments yelling and screaming at the employees and they employees remain very professional. I have looked at other individual reviews and what i have noticed i the people leaving negative reviews are those that don't honor the agreement that they signed. RENT-A-CENTER LOCATED AT ************************************************ - - - I met ***** the manager working on the sales floor. I was looking for a recliner for my Aunt *****, who after a recent fall, needed to rest in a recliner easy for her to operate. ***** demonstrated the chair for me. I rented it for one month (the minimum). I would recommend RAC, I was in need of a game system for my son and couldnt afford to pay out of pocket and RAC came to my rescue. Precious hooked me right on up with the affordable payment. Couple of months later I was in need of a Stove and Refrigerator, Needed one like ASAP, ******* took her time and search and found me a brand new stove and refrigerator which I love alor.
