I totally regret my time, effort and decision of ever investing within this company!!!! The amount of harassment, belittling, and emotional distress Ive receive on a daily basis is astronomical!!! This company has thee most rude customer service **** ever!!! The calls and threats of a civil lawsuit, arrest and incarceration are beyond extreme!!! Hello everyone do not I mean do not go to this store they are very unprofessional, rude, not customer service oriented. Im deeply disappointed with the customer service I received from the store manager, *****. Around 12/9/2025, after I asked a clarifying question about an extension on my account, he told me:Im the last person you want to question or come at like that. Just for that, Ill not approve your extension and make you 30 days late.This statement felt like a threat, and I was shocked by the unprofessional tone, especially coming from someone in a management position. My tv is damaged and they are telling me its nothing they can do when in the agreement it says they have a repair service and if they cant repair they give replacements

Very dissatisfied customer I thought I was renting to own a gas stove the first stove I was brought was an electric stove I needed a gas stove the delivery guys told me to just change the plug from my old stove to the new stove 1) come to find out you can't make an electric stove a gas stove DUH it doesn't work like that 2) why would you use a plug off of a stove that went out on a new stove ( Can we say fire hazard Needless to say 3-4 weeks later I was brought a gas stove still in the box IT WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER the burners... read more

Im extremely upset with company still getting harassed and not even a customer with them anymore. They leave degrading voicemails and said that I threaten them just because I told them to get off my property. Now threating to arrest me very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.
