Got accepted for benefit plus due to appendix surgery with a doctor note and only a couple hundred dollars was paid on my account I've been out since August and can't return till November 1st hear it's is the 24 and there saying I'm due for payment but how when I haven't even returned to work yet I tryed to log back in to benefit plus and it says account is not active so weird I have a message from my rent a center that says I got accepted and up till a month ago I could see on benefits plus we site it got paid and my amount... read more

Weve been harassed every single day with phone calls. When I missed a call they showed up knocking on my door for 10 minutes straight. The store in ******************** on ******** is the store weve gotten our stuff from. When I expressed being mad because I work at night and sleep during the day in the background of the phone call the guy named ***** **** up on my roommate. The worst experience ever. I leased a laptop on September 4, 2025. I payed $25 on my online account through them to hold it, then I enrolled in autopsy and they start removing my payment every 2 weeks like they were supposed to and next thing I know Im receiving calls and they are claiming they werent receiving them. No one has tried to access my account, they continue to take there payment and then say they arent. I have statements saying I have. Im returning the merchandise and I will never rent from them again

I was supposed to get a clearance bedroom set and used mattress. After exchanging a more expensive bed, they said it would take a little bit for the website to correct itself. But I was just told that the $800 bedroom set (mattress not included) is actually about twice that price and they gave me a new mattress, which is also almost twice as much. A few weeks ago, I personally witnessed one of your delivery representatives deliver a PlayStation 5 to a man who randomly pulled into the driveway next door to my home. I had never seen this individual before in my life. On Friday, the same representative returned this time approaching my home while I was walking my dog. I have paid 1200.00 dollars the have double my payments as well as the week . Misty a young ladies that worked there sold me a fridge and it was to be 52 weeks it is now 108 weeks and double the payment. They are taking advantage of people. I want something fors 1200.00

I had a contract with Rent A Center for a rent-to-own ************** combo. I had to send in the washer for maintenance and was provided a temporary washer (same brand/same type). The delivery guy explained to us that if there was any issue we could ask to keep the temp washer and a discount for keeping the temp washer. When I called my local RAC, I was given nothing but excuses. They avoided giving a discount and even told me oh! Your washer is ready. It was ready since last week.
