In September 2025, I became a customer with RAC in ********** Tn and bought my first couch. I made payments on it regularly and they even worked with me for awhile. Things changed in Feb 2026 when I decided that the couch I purchased was falling apart, cushions going flat not to mention the holes put in the bottom when moved into my home. This company and the store manager of the store need to be under a heavy investigation. If you call In to pay, they will save your CVV number and run your card at any given time Without your permission. Not to mention, everybody in the company has access to look at your credit card number, Expiration date, and CVV. As an employee at the store, *** seen it firsthand. I have a contract with rent a center. I have a ps5 I put on my contract. In stores the ps5 Pro is almost $600. I just recently looked at my contract, im paying almost $1800 for a ps5 Pro. This is outrageous. This cant be legal.

paid my washer and dryer off less then 30 days ago . now the washer isn't even starting and I been without a washer for almost 2 weeks . I been calling the store since this problem first started and I keep getting different responses . One said to wait at least ***** hours . Every experience I've had with this company is terrible. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional and uncharismatic. Most of the time very rude. I guess they hire just any incompetent fools to sale there scams. This place is a fraudulent business. I'm not sure how it is legal for them to operate.
The constant texts emails omg.stop I know I owe money for the product.
This location was supposed to give us an ***** laptop, but they acted suspiciously, took $50 from me, and refused to issue a refund. We also waited an extra week for the laptop, which we couldn't get right away. STAY AWAY FROM THESE WOLVES.
