If a zero star was an option they would get it. Columbia Ave store in ************ Will break your door knocking and pulling at it so hard, try opening it to get in, come onto your porch to try getting in, walk through flower beds, peak in house and garage windows, wait outside 10+ minutes looking in the windows. On the day your payment is due if they dont have it by 8am they will be at your door step. On your first ever late payment. The manager is extremely creepy and sexist. Do not recommend this place. They were very unprofessional. I was told that I would get my items delivered to me on 9/18/25 between 3 and 5 well I never heard from them so I called myself and was told they made a mistake and that they would fix it for me so my items would be delivered to me on Friday between 3 and 5 it started getting late and I havent heard from anyone so I called them and was told they didnt put out a delivery for me. I went to them to get a refrigerator because mines went out. They sent me a double door refrigerator two days later all my kids food expired ?? Someone came out to pretend to look at said he is the guy they send out when the other staff are not doing their jobs it was after hours as well took video etc. I should have seen the red flags when he ask if I had a crazy boyfriend ?? I filled out an application, but because of Rac website crashing i redid the application. I did it from my phone so i was copy and pasting. So the first application gets half of my first name and half of my second.i was accused or being a fraud then called a brother. I feel like i was racically discrimated against. Cut of during the conversation and wasnt able to tell what happen on my end

If no star would be an option thats what I would choose! I would never ever ever EVER recommend ANYONE to be a customer for ******************! They are very toxic as well as being harassing! They call your phone 6 times the SAME DAY YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE! Which makes the customer want to avoid even speaking to them! I have watched these people try turning my door k*** before I even got to my door! I tried paying my sofa off and the manager told me that I have to pay in cash & only on a Tuesday or Saturday! Store manager ***** ****** from the store on ********************* in ***********. She is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat or talk with customers. I have been waiting to speak with someone about possibly giving back the items that I was overcharged for. I live down in ******************, I had a gaming chair I got for them not done with all my payments or nothing at all and it broke on me I fell back and hit my head, they asked me to send pics in so I did and never heard back from them tell I called. And than they told me they cant do nothing after *** already payed way to much for this chair. There disappointed expecily when they make u pay for a liability waiver and a payment so if something like this did happen Id be guaranteed fixed

Rent A Center on hickory hill is very unprofessional the manager filed a court order on me when his people refuse to pick up furniture several months his name is Montreal the store manager .

***************** store Attempted to ask why additional payment was required before delivery. Agent yelled at me accused me of having a attitude for simply asking for clarification so I could A understand why im paying again. B property balance my check book and C understand the amount and date the forced auto pay would be deducted. This was a waste of his time so he canceled the contract. Headquarters has no valid contact information. They also did this to my roommate only it was at the front door holding the couch hosage.
