103rd in ****** is not a good location since previous mgr left. They dont have good communication when a cust is trying to pay off item early. Now I have to pay extra because they did not tell me if the payment was split up (the same day) it would cost extra $. I could have waited 30 min and paid the whole thing at once if they had told me that before they ran my payment

30 days after paying off a washer dryer stackable it broke, I paid well over $3,000. I contacted ****** corporate who felt it should be fixed but the ************************* store would not fix it. They tried leasing me a new one. This place is a SCAM

The rent a center in ********** Ga the manager there was so rude I was talking to him he tells me to shut up I told him you cant tell me me shut up he has been harassing me calling my phone talking about a payment even though the bill wasnt due the dryer doesnt dry my clothes he claims the dryer was new they over charging for their merchandise rude rude rude

My payments have been made every other week since my purchase which was February, some how the claim I’m past due, they call regarding payments not stating mini Miranda. Send text messages, not following TCPA guidelines. Then show up Not only did they not set up my refrigerator I never even signed my contract. Very unprofessional

If i could leave zero stars i would, The Tappahannock va store is by far the worst. They leave nasty and distasteful voicemails about you and other customers on the phone. I called and was told that i would receive a month free and never got it and the manager cussed me out as well. I will bever purchase from here again

I just paid off my washer through them.. I had the additional insurance they came 2 1/2 weeks ago to get my washer to fix it and still havent heard from them. Always an excuse when I call. So I took my business elsewhere!!!
If I could have give 0 to the sore located in ********* *************************************************************** I would. This is a scam , what kind of business they are running?? They make up their own clause that is not written in the contract. Using scam tactics with customers! Thats bad business.

I have been late on some payments. I'm human so I'm not rent a centers best customer but I've almost paid all my items off and I've paid my TV off early. I've dealt with my local manager and he's the most un professional person I've dealt with. Sending me messages from a personal phone. I had a wreck during a blizzard and couldn't make my payment for 2 weeks and the same manager made so extremely unprofessional comments to me.
