On 6/24 home choice picked up my fridge that I am renting from them that quit working for the second time! On 7/15 I called to request an update and remind them my dryer is still not heating. They informed me they would be pick up the dryer on 7/21 and would be replacing my fridge with a new one due to cost of parts to repair. They offered me a loaner but I currently am using one with a different company because the first time my fridge quit working they informed me they dont provide loaners. I will NEVER rent from the *** in ****, ** EVER again. They are very rude and hateful. The mgr, *******, is NOT nice at all. And they made ONE guy take my huge bed by himself. My husband had to help him. They just told him it was mind over matter and to figure it out. I was 6 days late, and I paid $118 every two weeks!!! She said she had to have a minimum of $50 TODAY or they would take the bed back so I LET them have it back!! Just had no care or respect and hasn't since I started renting from them.

Driver on 44th and s penn in okc made left turn from outside lane with out signal almost caused a crash, I talked to his supervisor in store today driver was there being loud and hateful in front of supervisor and when I left store he threatened me on sidewalk that's not professional or even right for a business employee highly not reccomended to ever use this business.

I needed a computer immediately & Rent-A-Center was a business I had patronized in the past &; up until now; had a good outcome. This time was totally different. The employee I did business with was totally unprofessional. I asked for the paperwork, to which he responded was "in the box". All that was there was the computer's papers, NOT the contract. Hi my name is Aniyah I had recently placed a order and got denied but never got my 25$ back for it I wanna know why it’s been a issue with Nicole the manager she has a nasty mouth and told me I’m not getting anything
They rented us a dryer that kept breaking, once we paid it off they told us our warranty wasnt valid . We were told the dryer had a ten year warranty. They refuse to honor it. I will never used them again. They refuse to rectify the issue. A total waste of money and time.

This company fosters an extremely toxic and unprofessional work environment. Management relies on fear tactics rather than training and support, often pressuring employees to quit if they dont fit into a preferred mold.
