Got a washer, dryer, and entertainment center delivered, but the entertainment center was the wrong one. They delivered the right heater attachment, but the entertainment center appears used and smaller. When I called/texted the pic of the right one, I was told that'd cost me more. I recently rented a washer from rent a center in ********* ***** , I was a couple days late on my payment and received a message from an employee at rent a center in there own personal phone calling me brokie and to pay my bill and stop stealing , rent a center also came to my house and told my minor son while I was not at home that I am a thief and need to pay my bill .. this is so unprofessional and at this point I am being harassed for being late on my payment instead of them trying to work with me as a customer

My account is 19 days past due. One of the workers came to my house to come collect the appliances and entered my home without my consent, court order and or police escort! I was not home when this happened! I have the video of him entering my home on my ring camera!

Rent a center in *********, **. ************************* held my bottom bed panels after I waited a month to get them because of the payment that wasnt in my account at an specific time on the due date so they held my panels until the payment dropped which it was on autopay. They were very disrespectful and inconsiderate and sorry to say it was my own color ( black folks) smh. Ill never rent from them again!!!

I have asked rent a center a week after I started renting to come pick up their items. Actually, lets start at the beginning. I went to Rent-A-Center and they had me pay two weeks even though there was a deal that said pay one dollar for the first week. She said oh no, thats not real. Recently wanted a purchase a mattress in store I told them that I wanted a new mattress and they set me up with a plan system for one of their models and upon delivery realize it was all stained and it was the floor model when they told me that this would be brand new and have me pay retail price for it
