I have been renting from rent a center for months and at first I was paying ahead of time but they still came by my home asking if I still live there. I then was terminated from my job and I still kept paying and then the worker ******* M told me I was paying for RAC benefits plus and should utilize them so I did! Throughout the whole process they harassed me for payment even though their rac plus paid for my rental. Rent-A-Center is about the shadiest place. Ive ever got anything from after being told to come get their items they never showed up then waited to sue me. Rent-A-Center can eat a bag of dicks.

I rented a bedroom set and a couch set. When I took the mattress protector off, I noticed my arm was ate up with bed bugs. I contacted them to let them know they needed to take this furniture so I can get my house exterminated. They came and looked at the couch, pulled the lining out, sat it upside down, stepped out to call the manager. They just left the furniture turned upside down with the lining out of it. Extremely unprofessional and harassing experience We rented a laptop from this Rent-A-Center and were late on a payment. Instead of handling it professionally, they sent a truck with a worker who banged on our door, refused to leave, and harassed us at home, even after we clearly said we would make the payment the same day. Rent-A-Center has got to be one of the most unprofessional, disorganized companies Ive ever dealt with. I placed an order for a washer and dryer set, was given a delivery date, and arranged my entire schedule around it, only for the delivery day to come and go with absolutely nothing. No phone call. If I could leave 0 stars I would! The manager **** is extremely unprofessional & rude! She refused to allow me to make a payment on my account to catch up! Then when I made the payment online she changed my contract without authorization from Bi-Weekly to Monthly needless to say I had to take the issue to corporate. This is the first bad experience I had with Rent A Center please dont do business with this location as their intentions are to take your money and try every avenue to make you breach your contract!

Was promised product on specific day. Didnt want to get out in the rain. Promised on day 2 with another excuse that they just werent feeling it. Day 3 all day excuses after excuses. When it was closer to the time for them to close I called corporate who then intervened and got product delivered. Love the product not so much this store.

False advertising and discrimination. Declined me because of a tenant I have living at my residence was declined. That is straight up discrimination. I will be talking to my attorney.
