Went to the establishment to pay off my remainder balance on my account.Manager was on the phone calling her employees incompetent in front of me. Constantly cutting me off to tell me her sob story. In the most unproffessional ***** refused to help me over the phone and threatened to call the police because they couldn't manage to help me pay the remainder balance. Her name is **** and she should be terminated.
Terrible customer service the female at the cohoes ny store was absolutely rude and stuck on herself. We had the money to pay but rudeness got there stuff back. Not to mention they wouldn't pick it up so we took it back ourselves today. The female was surprised when she saw it was us. We went and bought straight out another bunkbed and couch. We will never rent from rent a center in cohes ny ever again. Well never rent a center ever again. This is what rudeness will cost you.
Poor communication and not professional falsified documentation cant keep their word or put blame on the customer

RAC located at ****************************************************************** has the most despicable and brainless employees that can be found. They don't understand that anyone can list any address as their own and they think they have the right to harass anyone living at whatever address that is listed. There will surely be dangerous occurances at some point as well as lawsuites.

Take my advice for it dont do it I missed a payment due to my household loosing an income I was going to make the payment when I got paid again however rent a center on military hwy kept harassing me the man came to my house I work from home so he knocks on my door I dont answer because Im working instead of him leaving a notice he says miss ***** I can hear u in there and proceeds to knock harder and harder and get louder and say I know your in there Im going to call the police for u using a stolen card mind u Ive never eve... read more

I have a contract with I default on payment s by two weeks because I had got a new debit card and forgot to updated all off the sudden the manager and workers there calling me from random phones number and harassing me telling we are going to call the police on you if you dont pay also today a police officer from hood calling on behalf of rent a center if I dont pay them Im going to go to jail thats total harassment by the store and NOPD so I told them they can come pick up their stuff not going to.
