I absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing temporary housing. ******, ******** and ****** were amazing to work with. Excellent communication. They recently executed a lease with *********************** in only a few days time. Great team.

paid my washer and dryer off less then 30 days ago . now the washer isn't even starting and I been without a washer for almost 2 weeks . I been calling the store since this problem first started and I keep getting different responses . One said to wait at least ***** hours . Every experience I've had with this company is terrible. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional and uncharismatic. Most of the time very rude. I guess they hire just any incompetent fools to sale there scams. This place is a fraudulent business. I'm not sure how it is legal for them to operate.

This location was supposed to give us an ***** laptop, but they acted suspiciously, took $50 from me, and refused to issue a refund. We also waited an extra week for the laptop, which we couldn't get right away. STAY AWAY FROM THESE WOLVES.

Rent a Center located at ***** Van ****, *******************************. The general manager that runs that store forgot her name(***** or ****) she blond, tall with glasses looks like a *****. Is pathic and unprofessional GM..she over charges peoples on prices and late fees. My situation was i had financed a couch and tables for my living room. I am having trouble paying my bill for rent a center. Now they are being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Leaving me voicemails being rude. Calling me off random numbers and messaging me off random numbers being very disrespectful! I have saved the voicemail of the manager trying to be funny and I have the messages from the random number that texted me. They kept threatening me and leaving rude voicemails but what has happened today 2/6/26 IT IS NOT OKAY!

I have a contract with I default on payment s by two weeks because I had got a new debit card and forgot to updated all off the sudden the manager and workers there calling me from random phones number and harassing me telling we are going to call the police on you if you dont pay also today a police officer from hood calling on behalf of rent a center if I dont pay them Im going to go to jail thats total harassment by the store and NOPD so I told them they can come pick up their stuff not going to.
