Goodmorning this particular store has a lot of harassing going on prior to me getting the item they was very rude but my son was crying for the product and at the time I didnt have the fund to purchase it at a store full price so I had to take the less fortunate way however these people are beyond rude at this store I have been doing business for a very long time with rent a center and I have never felt so threatened and so scared to deal with a merchant who I am giving my money to .They demand the money they dont care what ... read more

5/19/2026 the manager scammed me out of 80$ on my agreement. I had a payment for Saturday 5/16/2026 on couches from a current lease and had a emergency, so I paid Tuesday 5/19/2026 which I'm supposed to keep these couches for 2weeks after payment so I would be good on this payment until the 30th of may, she wanted to pick up the old couches and deliver the new ones today 5/19/2026 which would start my new lease, im supposed to get 2 weeks free on a new lease so why did she make me pay on the old couches isntead of pro rating... read more
I have been receiving calls from friends of mine that are not listed as a reference of mine at ***. They know of my account details. I have a contract with I default on payment s by two weeks because I had got a new debit card and forgot to updated all off the sudden the manager and workers there calling me from random phones number and harassing me telling we are going to call the police on you if you dont pay also today a police officer from hood calling on behalf of rent a center if I dont pay them Im going to go to jail thats total harassment by the store and NOPD so I told them they can come pick up their stuff not going to.
