RAC located at ****************************************************************** has the most despicable and brainless employees that can be found. They don't understand that anyone can list any address as their own and they think they have the right to harass anyone living at whatever address that is listed. There will surely be dangerous occurances at some point as well as lawsuites.

Take my advice for it dont do it I missed a payment due to my household loosing an income I was going to make the payment when I got paid again however rent a center on military hwy kept harassing me the man came to my house I work from home so he knocks on my door I dont answer because Im working instead of him leaving a notice he says miss ***** I can hear u in there and proceeds to knock harder and harder and get louder and say I know your in there Im going to call the police for u using a stolen card mind u Ive never eve... read more

In September 2025, I became a customer with RAC in ********** Tn and bought my first couch. I made payments on it regularly and they even worked with me for awhile. Things changed in Feb 2026 when I decided that the couch I purchased was falling apart, cushions going flat not to mention the holes put in the bottom when moved into my home. Never credited for the damage either. So I requested to exchange for another one. Two weeks pass and they keep moving my delivery date without asking me my schedule. This company and the store manager of the store need to be under a heavy investigation. If you call In to pay, they will save your CVV number and run your card at any given time Without your permission. Not to mention, everybody in the company has access to look at your credit card number, Expiration date, and CVV. As an employee at the store, *** seen it firsthand. I have a contract with rent a center. I have a ps5 I put on my contract. In stores the ps5 Pro is almost $600. I just recently looked at my contract, im paying almost $1800 for a ps5 Pro. This is outrageous. This cant be legal.

paid my washer and dryer off less then 30 days ago . now the washer isn't even starting and I been without a washer for almost 2 weeks . I been calling the store since this problem first started and I keep getting different responses . One said to wait at least ***** hours . Every experience I've had with this company is terrible. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional and uncharismatic. Most of the time very rude. I guess they hire just any incompetent fools to sale there scams. This place is a fraudulent business. I'm not sure how it is legal for them to operate.
The constant texts emails omg.stop I know I owe money for the product.
