Id leave less stars if I could and from the look of it nothing is being done about this business. Reviews here and on ****** or wretched and they've been doing this for years. Very dissatisfied customer I thought I was renting to own a gas stove the first stove I was brought was an electric stove I needed a gas stove the delivery guys told me to just change the plug from my old stove to the new stove 1) come to find out you can't make an electric stove a gas stove DUH it doesn't work like that 2) why would you use a plug off of a stove that went out on a new stove ( Can we say fire hazard Needless to say 3-4 weeks later I was brought a gas stove still in the box IT WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER the burners... read more

I used to work for this company and when I got fired, the store manager wrote off the item I was renting because he didn't want to deal with me. I'm unable to use this company now because I wasnt given the choice to continue paying or to return the item

Im extremely upset with company still getting harassed and not even a customer with them anymore. They leave degrading voicemails and said that I threaten them just because I told them to get off my property. Now threating to arrest me very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.

Absolutely a peice of c*** Was told to wait till black Friday to purchase a camera they said they would give me way better deal on assuming they were holding it for me, that was not the case. Rent-A-Center delivered furniture that had bed bugs, and I was bitten. I notified the store within the 30-day period and asked them to pick it up. They refused unless I paid $200, even though the infestation came from their furniture.With harrassing calls I eventually paid it, but the store still labeled me as hard, which is hurting my ability to open a new agreement at a different location.
