Went in on Black Friday to get a PS5.Stood there for a good 10 minutes, but no help cause obviously the Hispanic lady was to busy sitting in the office with the door open, on the guys lap making out with him. Do what you want in your own time. But when at work, you need to do your job, not other employees!

My bank info was compromised by paying via a statement link from Rent A Center. It was attempted multiple times resulting in overdraft charges of almost $600 for a $124 payment. This was never returned because Rent A Center claimed to have not received it and my bank determined it to be a bill that was mine and paid willingly. In May 2024, I faced harassment from Rent-A-Center (*******************************), though I am not the account holder; my husband is. I been a customer 10+ years Paid off several items . Last month or 2 this store has gotten bad Lie to customer (myself) coming to my work and raising voice in front of my customers. Calling me and yelling on phone I was hung up 3 times by ******* . My trust with *** has declined. No call backs from upper management after being told they were call me with 48 hours well been a week .
