This store has gotten down right rediculous with the way they deal with customers! I have rented from ******************** for years and this is about the worst customer service Ive ever had! The way that they blame rents center for their tactics is crazy! I was a 1/2 payment behind! Basically I paid up for one week. They started calling me 4-days after I made the payment for the remaining balance. Not great experience with the ******** ********** location. I got a washer and dryer from them after a bit the dryer stopped working. It would turn on but not start. I had them service it and explained what was happening and they only adjusted the door. Well they assured me everything was fixed and I paid it off but kept benefits plus just incase. It has been my experience that this store makes up prices depending on who answers the phone.I have been over charged and lied to repeatedly. Today I was trying to pay my final bill and the person charged me thirty dollars more than what was quoted and whats on my receipt.I was rude and he was rude and he hung up on me.Keep your receipts Keep your records I will get my apology and pay my final bill and be done with this business and their overcharging and rudeness

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a couch and love seat out right. Its barely a year old and the love seat is falling apart. Since in didnt finance with them, there is nothing they can or will do. I will never buy anything from this company again and this is the 2nd set of furniture Ive gotten from them. But after the dismal of my concern I do NOT recommend business with them.

As a customer to **********************, I will say that the store Manager is awful. He talks to people very rude and degradingly. He uses the stores text/messaging system to send out rude messages as well as being rude and snobby on the phone and in person. My experience with this company was good until this manager(****) and and employee (**** *****) has been working there. **** actually said to me (if you **** me off, then I will tack on interest, but otherwise there's no interest in you past account). And the manager (****) has backed **** up, including laughing at what he said, and the Manager even said (yep). Awful customer service. They give you used nasty furniture, dont cancel out your contract even though you sent the stuff back and keep calling telling you that you owe them. They get rude and hang up on you. Call the customer service line and they are rude and unhelpful also. Worst experience ever.
