As a customer to **********************, I will say that the store Manager is awful. He talks to people very rude and degradingly. He uses the stores text/messaging system to send out rude messages as well as being rude and snobby on the phone and in person. I have solely started handling all of my business strictly online to limit contact with him. Ive also blocked every number that he contacts from. My experience with this company was good until this manager(****) and and employee (**** *****) has been working there. **** actually said to me (if you **** me off, then I will tack on interest, but otherwise there's no interest in you past account). And the manager (****) has backed **** up, including laughing at what he said, and the Manager even said (yep). Awful customer service. They give you used nasty furniture, dont cancel out your contract even though you sent the stuff back and keep calling telling you that you owe them. They get rude and hang up on you. Call the customer service line and they are rude and unhelpful also. Worst experience ever.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I cant. Very unorganized and poor communication. We order a sectional less than 2 month ago. It has a hole at the bottom where I can stick my arm in it but not only that the brand new couch came with mites. We have called over and over and over again with no resolution. We are constantly being bit and that should never be a thing. We called corporate and that is worthless also. They employ harassment techniques. I was a couple days late in that time I received multiple emails , texts and phone calls. I paid my bill and hours later a man is knocking on my door harassing me for payment, which I had made! They are ridiculous! I was not weeks or months a couple days .

I had A previous good experience I needed a washer and it was excellent. They helped out right away no issues. However, I put an order in for a twin sized mattress on December 5 of 2024. I checked the website and it said they will contact me when the mattress is available. A month goes by and no one contacts me so I checked the website and see that its still saying waiting For mattress. 1 start because you have to put a star, otherwise they get 0 stars from me I rented a used stove November 14, 2024. It was nasty, dirty, just filthy. I asked the employee if they have it cleaned before they delivered it, she said yes I was clean it myself. The stove arrives at my home and was not clean not even a little. I called she apologized and said she would take 100 off I agreed. She put her boss on the phone he insisted on taking more money off. The stove was originally "on sale" for 800. As a consumer my experience with this particular store the employees that has been the handling my account taking payments have been causing me unnecessary confusion due to the fact that I had already complained about a dryer which was delivered to my current residence and I had took pictures of the dryer to explain why I felt it wasn't safe and it's needed to be excellent the exchange while still making payments on a dryer that needed service the coil around the door came off and I had to call corporate in order for the loc... read more

They ripped me off at this store. Took my money put into a pc. They said i could get a ps5 i had enough credit to pay for used one. They said no more used have to pay for new. I said ok, you know what they delivered? A used one. This place is racketeering. On top of all this rhey wont stop emailing me no matter how many times i unsubscribe. They need to be investigated.
