Horrible said I only had to pay35$ then send me a text message saying I have to pay 112$ more after they took my 35$ I asked for refund they said 6 business days it's been part that still no refund in fact they tried to charge me for a payment when I have no items .itsa scam I call the number it goes to voicemail
I have been a loyal customer of this place for years. If you would have had an issue prior to this new management theyd actually work with you. Now they claim theyll work with you and really just threaten to take your stuff if you go through a rough time. Theyre supposed to be for people going through a rough time but theyre an absolute joke. Absolutely a joke.

We just got furniture from their store and it was the day of a required payment at 10am and these people came to my job to harass me as if I was late or behind on payments! These people are terrible! This location should be shut down!

I only wish I could attach two images that would take much less explaining. A picture of my lease agreement and a picture of a new lease agreement. I was to return a set of washer and dryer I was renting, and was offered an exchange value for a new agreement. I took the PS5 as a gift to my wife who would be on maternity leave soon and need something to do at home. ************ ******** Southeast 15th location. Beyond terrible. It's going on 3 weeks my washer is broken it only takes a simple part to fix. A week went by and no one called for an appointment to come out to repair the washer. When I called back when I call to see about someone coming out they acted like they didn't know who I was. I ordered a sectional August 4 never received it. When l would call the store no one would answer the phone. Not only that when you call customers service your told nothing about your order. I put in a complaint about the store not answering the phone. When l did call the store after weeks of not answering still told no delivery date. I'm highly frustrated.

Would not work with us about changing payment weeks and now is trying to demand a double payment because we are a few days late or they are coming to get their items back. This is the only company that we have had this issue with everyone else understood that we switched jobs and just had COVID-19, so we couldn't leave the house.

Horrible customer service; *******, ** store charged my credit card for months after picking up item. Management at corporate office never called back to discuss issue. Service is poor at the *******, GA store and at the corporate level. It is an all around con/dishonest operation being run.The Acworth, GA manager/JD was very disrespectful in communication.
