The rent a Center on nolensville pike in ********* is garbage I had a manger name ***** call me to argue you with me because I wasnt calling for the scam I paid Friday on Monday they tried to charge me again said I was late then the have a bunch of druggies working there nashville is the worse place to deal Ill never rent anything else from them . The new store manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, she threatened to have me arrested if I didnt pay my bill on time, and calls from text now apps 10 times a day. For sure thats against the law and considered harassment.

***** is the manager at the streator Illinois location is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. She should not be working with the public , a friend of mine has proof of everything they have paid off and she is now claiming that it is not paid off. I went to purchase a bedroom set, they didn't tell me that my pay stubs had to be up to a certain amount so I brung in my recent paystub as I just started my job in May. I went in on June 4th and paid on June 6th i was told I would get a refund but they kept trying to charge my card days and days after I already paid the 84 dollars for it and couldn't get. We have used Rent-a-center for years. Recently we bought a PS5. No one told us or reminded us about the 6-month contract, like other locations did. Now we have to pay triple the market price for it. The PS5 is worth $500 and they are charging us $1600. We would have been fine if we had to lay $100 or $200 more but this is a gross overcharge.

Let's start off with how unprofessional, rude and ignorant the employees are there! In the beginning they were kind, understanding and not rude. Fast forward 7 months and that's a whole new story! So not use them. They waited until I was almost paid off with my washer and dryer then I asked if I could make a double payment five days later then typical.
