Would not work with us about changing payment weeks and now is trying to demand a double payment because we are a few days late or they are coming to get their items back. This is the only company that we have had this issue with everyone else understood that we switched jobs and just had COVID-19, so we couldn't leave the house.

Horrible customer service; *******, ** store charged my credit card for months after picking up item. Management at corporate office never called back to discuss issue. Service is poor at the *******, GA store and at the corporate level. It is an all around con/dishonest operation being run.The Acworth, GA manager/JD was very disrespectful in communication.

If there was a zero star I would hit that. I still had a payment on my dryer when the heating element went out. They said they were going to fix it. They sat on my dryer for two weeks after the last payment the they brought it back to me with the heating element still out. Will never do business with them again

I rented a lift chair from the McAlester OK location that I need for an upcoming surgery recovery. I rented weeks in advance so that I would be sure to have it but left it at the store until this week. When it was delivered I immediately noticed the chair was dirty and could see cobwebs on the metal frame. I began cleaning it up and found bed bugs all within the sides of the chair. I have now had to deep clean my home, throw out my vacuum & do not have a chair for surgery because they didnt ever inspect or clean the chair.

The store ***** in Ft Worth requested all of my sensitive personal information, I sent it over via email. When I called back after they said they had it they pretended to not know who I was. It seems nefarious. Better business practices need to be observed.
