I want my 26. How you guys gonna take money from my account when I don't Eben have my things that I ordered 3 weeks ago?? Then tal emy last little bit of money I had in my account...... I want my 26 resent back into my account thank you!!!!!!

My debit card was hacked and I'm working with the debit company. Notified rent a center and they could care less. Today I received not one, but two registered letters from them starting they wanted there merchandise returned. They have not been helpful at all in trying to find a way so that I could keep the stuff. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dying dog.

I went to a Value City in *********, **. I did my business with Acceptance Now and I was overchaged and the manager or the manager of Acceptance Now is never around to speak with. She is doing dirty business by customers. I have been paying on furniture that I do not have! My total to pay was $549.69. I have paid in total $857.35. They also tried to take another payment from me. I had to get a new bank card.When speaking with the manager there, I was told that would only get a check of around $120.00. Why? I Recently Paid On An ******** Was Told By The Store Manager At ************* ********* Location That I Could Not Receive My Delivery I Was Like Okay Fine Ill Pick It Up & I Was Told That Nothing Can Go Out Im A Loyal Customer That Pays So Help Me Understand Why I Cant Get My Item I Pay On !!!!!! I Have To Leave One Start Because I Have To But If I Could Leave None Itll Be Just That !!!

Went in to get a fridge, told them what model number i wanted (A black side by side) delivery was a white fridge, side by side. NOT what I ordered. SO delivery was to be AFTER 3:30pm as my husband and I work, he gets home at 3:30pm, I get home at 6pm. delivery rang our doorbell at 2:59pm. that most defiantly is NOT AFTER 3:30pm! had to have a conversation through the ring doorbell, stating No one is home and delivery was to be after 3:30pm. so that same day, they end up delivering a white fridge, and we had to send it back. ... read more

The whole rent a center operation is DISGUSTING the employees terrible. The manager on north plank rd in newburgh ny is so unprofessional vaping and blowing smoke in my husbands face and with me moving into a new house they are deciding not to deliver to me because the house looks "abandoned". I will be recommending to EVERYONE THAT NO ONE RENTS FROM THEM thats goes for every rent a center because i had the same issue with the rent a center in ********** on ****************.

*********************** in ****** ks I had my payments set on auto pay and they been taking the money out of my account several times now. But they said that they did not have records of so then I showed them the recipes and and confirmation numbers along with my bank statements and they said that my payment was going to the rent a center in ***** not the store in ****** so they took my stuff anyways. The store manager ***** as the name she constantly gives but on all my receipts its ******* S called my phone harassing me after I requested for a district manager to give me a call.Since Ive come to this store my experience with the employees has been terrible. ******* keep changing my phone number in the system and claiming she forgot and remind you I always record every single conversation rather in store or on the phone.
