Rosie also assisted with getting our problem solve. She went way beyond her job title of Sales Rep in order to help us. Both Erik and Rosie were great. Took some going back and forth to resolve, but they stuck in there with us. Thank you more »

Michelle was very polite and very helpful. While she didn't have 100% of the answers herself, she never let that stop her in the phone call as she called others/escalated/something. She got me everything I needed and very thoroughly tested. This is night and day from other hosted providers (namely Jive). Thank you Michelle. more »

My only complaint is the amount of follow up emails and calls from your support team. My issue needed some time for additional numbers to port in, and there was nothing to do but wait. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with your service. more »

It took some time and effort to find how to contact support from RingCentral's Home webpage after logging in. I have used RingCentral Fax service for years and could not be happier. Thank you. Your support team is wonderful, courteous and most of all helpful! All tech supports could learn much from RingCentral's techs and customer service. more »

Like in the past my issue was quickly resolved and he did a great job. Its always good to see people be willing to listen and understand issue before trying to resolve. He did an excellent job collecting fax then trying possible solutions. This is the second agent I have set up with RingCentral and would recommend this service over any other based on the support of all your personnel. It only took me 2 years to get him to switch. Now the owner is in love with the power at his finger tips. more »
