Worst customer service ever I signed up process was OK then I got transferred to another rep with the barely speak English. She said that people were doing and it has nothing to do with me. I verified all my documents. My account is verified now Im trying to add additional lines to my business and they got you gone Through and theres no one you can talk to to give you some of good customer service
Our nonprofit has been overcharged by $300/mo since December 2023 for lines that were deactivated by RingCentral and are no longer in use. We have spent 10+ hours on the phone with their "customer success" and technical assistance staff members, only to get the runaround on a solution. They admit that the error was on their side and apologize for the inconvenience, but do not follow through with the solutions they promise. Literally the worst. I cannot get in touch with a human to save my life. I'm trying to setup texting services (the whole reason we got the system) and they keep rejecting my application. They charge money every time I apply, just to file the application. When I am rejected I get a 1 sentence explanation that makes absolutely no sense and I can get absolutely no guidance from a human being. TERRIBLE customer service. I am vendor locked -- I want to continue service with them -- but they can't even pull that off. You can't keep a consistent customer rep. ***** this review in prayer that they will actually contact me.
Would prefer to rate 0 stars, unfortunately that isn't an option. I signed a contract that included a 30 day trial at no charge. After signing that contract, my sales rep became very unresponsive to my emails, with days of delays in their replies. As such, we were unable to schedule my onboarding/demo prior to those 30 days being up. I have never delt with a worst company for customer service, but now I am in bed with them and it is also painful to change, I received my system, 2 of the phones were bad. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been using Ring Central on and off for 3 years and that was only because I didn't think I had many options. To start, the service has been terrible. I would get disconnected from clients constantly and couldn't use the service while driving. The cherry on top was that I was trying to port out my number to a more reliable company and Ring Central was giving me a HARD time. The ONLY way to communicate with porting was via email. I set up a free trial this morning. I wasn't able to login to actually use the service. I decided I wanted to cancel the free trial. Turns out, you can't cancel a free trial on their website. I have now been on the phone with them for close to an hour. Again, I have NOT used this service. I created a free trial about 5 hours ago and wasn't able to log on. I'm now speaking to the THIRD person over the phone. This company is absolute garbage.
Terrible company. I started 2 lines, canceled one and it has been 7 months since I am waiting for refund. They assigned an account manager and then every time I called its another account manager. Never work with this company
