Our company is implementing a remote work force for the first time. In doing so, we had to contact Ring Central customer service multiple times. Each time we have found the representatives eager to help and be very knowledgable. The only hitch is actually getting to the CSR .. the automation part in the beginning could be streamlined but compared to banks, utility companies & government entities - ring central is still so much better.

The resolution was completed on the first call. My only issue was the reps attitude. He didn't seem like he wanted to assist from the beginning of the call and was not pleasant to speak with. We have many lines on our account and I call often and this was the first time I had an interaction like this.
