RingCentral - calls and business phone Pros: AI liked the good features, reasonable price, and good usability. Cons: They made it VERY DIFFICULT to use SMS. Overall: Generally good, but SMS setup and approval was a royal pain.
RingCentral for the remote worker Pros: I love that I can use my ring central number instead of my work or personal cell phone number to reach clients. Since I work from home, I do not want clients having my personal or business number and ring central allows that. I can call a client via ring central and if they call me back it is through that number. Ease of Use Pros: I love that I can get and see all calls that come in to my office directly to my cell phone. I can return calls from the Ring Central app and it will display my office number and not my personal number. Cons: Have not had any issues with Ring Central so far! Overall: Love the app, it helps when I am working from home!
Easy to Use and Convenient Pros: I like how you are able to use the app on your desktop or mobile phone. Makes it easier when you work from home. Cons: At first the application was confusing to use but customer service was really helpful. So not really a con.
RING CENTRAL Pros: The app was easy to use when making calls away from the office. Cons: Not reliable for our technicians when out in the field. The call wouldn't go thru, causing our techs to have to block their personal numbers resulting in customers not recognizing the phone number and not answering. Overall: The customer support was not very helpful. They used terms that I didn't understand, and no one was willing to help me understand. Simple Solution for Small business - platform dates Pros: It was a simple solution for a small business to route calls from a general number to individual phones. Calls were never dropped and I liked that it transcribed voicemails. Cons: The platform feels very dated and it was difficult to navigate the system settings to add new users.
RingCentral MVP is a great product Pros: The video conferencing is probably my favorite part of RingCentral MVP. Cons: I don’t think there’s anything about RingCentral MVP that I really don’t like.
Best tool for calls Pros: There were no technical errors at all while using the application, nor were there any call drops. Cons: Sometimes the messages are not delivered.
