This is the worst security service. Have of the time the service does not work. Ring employees are not helpful at all. Neither are the supervisor. On the call for 55 minutes earlier today and this evening another 45 minutes.

Ive tried multiple VOIP companies and this has been the worst experience because of RingCentrals lack of integrity.Sales representative *************************** sold me a 30 days trial with RingCentral. I shared with him that am currently with DialPad do not like the texting features on the app, so I was interested in TRYING out RingCentral but will only switch over if I find that the texting features are better than what I currently use. RingCentral has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've currently been on hold with RingCentral's customer service department for almost 2 hours. I'm trying to cancel my RingCentral account for my business but RingCentral is trying very hard to stop me from cancelling. I think the customer service employees at ********************** are now intentionally keeping me on hold, hoping that I hang up so I can't cancel my plan. Worst customer service ever I signed up process was OK then I got transferred to another rep with the barely speak English. She said that people were doing and it has nothing to do with me. I verified all my documents. My account is verified now Im trying to add additional lines to my business and they got you gone Through and theres no one you can talk to to give you some of good customer service

Our nonprofit has been overcharged by $300/mo since December 2023 for lines that were deactivated by RingCentral and are no longer in use. We have spent 10+ hours on the phone with their "customer success" and technical assistance staff members, only to get the runaround on a solution. They admit that the error was on their side and apologize for the inconvenience, but do not follow through with the solutions they promise. Literally the worst. I cannot get in touch with a human to save my life. I'm trying to setup texting services (the whole reason we got the system) and they keep rejecting my application. They charge money every time I apply, just to file the application. When I am rejected I get a 1 sentence explanation that makes absolutely no sense and I can get absolutely no guidance from a human being. TERRIBLE customer service. I am vendor locked -- I want to continue service with them -- but they can't even pull that off. You can't keep a consistent customer rep. ***** this review in prayer that they will actually contact me.

Would prefer to rate 0 stars, unfortunately that isn't an option. I signed a contract that included a 30 day trial at no charge. After signing that contract, my sales rep became very unresponsive to my emails, with days of delays in their replies. As such, we were unable to schedule my onboarding/demo prior to those 30 days being up. Realizing that my free trial (trial that was never effectively started) was about to run out, I asked to cancel my contract. I have never delt with a worst company for customer service, but now I am in bed with them and it is also painful to change, I received my system, 2 of the phones were bad. I called, emailed took to much effort to get a RMA, but finally did, that was in November, 2 months after attempting to send back, keep in mind, I had to purchase 2 new ones. now 5 months later, still no refund, it is almost a joke, needed to purchase more phones, course in the conversation I was told again would be refunded for return in 5 business days,... read more
