Literally the worst. I cannot get in touch with a human to save my life. I'm trying to setup texting services (the whole reason we got the system) and they keep rejecting my application. They charge money every time I apply, just to file the application. When I am rejected I get a 1 sentence explanation that makes absolutely no sense and I can get absolutely no guidance from a human being. TERRIBLE customer service. I am vendor locked -- I want to continue service with them -- but they can't even pull that off. You can't keep a consistent customer rep. ***** this review in prayer that they will actually contact me.

Would prefer to rate 0 stars, unfortunately that isn't an option. I signed a contract that included a 30 day trial at no charge. After signing that contract, my sales rep became very unresponsive to my emails, with days of delays in their replies. As such, we were unable to schedule my onboarding/demo prior to those 30 days being up. Realizing that my free trial (trial that was never effectively started) was about to run out, I asked to cancel my contract. I have never delt with a worst company for customer service, but now I am in bed with them and it is also painful to change, I received my system, 2 of the phones were bad. I called, emailed took to much effort to get a RMA, but finally did, that was in November, 2 months after attempting to send back, keep in mind, I had to purchase 2 new ones. now 5 months later, still no refund, it is almost a joke, needed to purchase more phones, course in the conversation I was told again would be refunded for return in 5 business days,... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been using Ring Central on and off for 3 years and that was only because I didn't think I had many options. To start, the service has been terrible. I would get disconnected from clients constantly and couldn't use the service while driving. The cherry on top was that I was trying to port out my number to a more reliable company and Ring Central was giving me a HARD time. The ONLY way to communicate with porting was via email. I set up a free trial this morning. I wasn't able to login to actually use the service. I decided I wanted to cancel the free trial. Turns out, you can't cancel a free trial on their website. I have now been on the phone with them for close to an hour. Again, I have NOT used this service. I created a free trial about 5 hours ago and wasn't able to log on. I'm now speaking to the THIRD person over the phone. This company is absolute garbage.

Terrible company. I started 2 lines, canceled one and it has been 7 months since I am waiting for refund. They assigned an account manager and then every time I called its another account manager. Never work with this company

Ring Central uses predatory practices to keep clients under lengthy contracts. I wanted to try their services on a promo basis which was pitched as a 60 day trial. On day 31 I attempted to cancel the lines because I didn't even have time for my team or I to learn the system and use them. They told me I was stuck in a year contract for six lines!! I was finally able to get them to reduce the line charge down to one line ($51,99/month). I suffered paying for a line I didn't want with a company I did not want to work with. I at... read more

Terrible service, unable to reach anyone, they continually put you through to auto attendants. When you do get someone on the line, they transfer you to nowhere and you can't get anyone to call back or attend to your issues. This company is terrible and should not be able to continue to scam is customers.
