I was on hold for a while playing phone tag initially but once Carla came on line with me everything started to get resolved very quickly. I was particularly impressed with Carla in that the problem was caused by a lot of Bluetooth and WiFi crossfire that needed to get cleanup. We did a series of share screen work and got down to troubleshoot the problem with a great deal of competent skill. Carla did a great job. Thank you for your support. I learned a few technical lessons on this. more »

This was a complicated case that required top tier support. I knew this from the beginning, but the intake technician needed to verify. This was acceptable and she handled it to the best of her abilities. Overall I was surprised that more clients have not had the same issue. more »

Marlon was extremely friendly and very helpful. His knowledge was key to the training required and resolving the issue we had. Unfortunately the Sales Team may not have ordered what was priced and agreed. I will leave that to address in another day as each period of contact with BT ends up being 1.5hrs+, I need to actually do some other work. However dealing Marlon has restored some of my faith in BT and I cannot thank him enough for his time. more »

The 2nd call was great and the rep made an effort to find the answer. The first call today was not as successful and I got sent down a little bit of a rabbit hole. Overall the issue was very simple and something I just didn't know to look for. more »

I had multiple issues and Tech Support reps helping me over a few cases. In general, I am favorably impressed with RC service. It did take a lot longer than anticipated to get fully operational. I would guess that I've spend >10 hours of phone time with Tech Service reps, plus independent self-help to get there. I am a big fan of desktop sharing. It makes it a lot easier for both RC and me. Good, dedicated staff. I'm appreciative of their help. more »

I was attempting to reset a voicemail on our office phone (previous contact has left the university). It should not be this difficult to change an out-of-office or after-hours response on a VOIP phone. Then hoops must be jumped through (passwords, secret words, wizarding spells) to get someone to even acknowledge the caller exists. However, once I was actually speaking with a real human, the problem was resolved quickly. Thank you. more »
