I had a hard time understanding some of the instructions the tech was instructing me to do but he was very patient with me and never showed any signs of frustration. The tech was very helpful and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. more »

This was an initial setup call. We couldn't get the system to accept the office location address and had to enter a home address to get it to accept it. Other than that issue, the support person, Anie was excellent. more »

My only complaint is that I had previously sent emails to Mike and John asking for support and never heard back. This call was handled quickly; Carlitos was very knowledgable and communicated very effectively. more »

Chat support was good and phone support was great. Your interface is not the easiest one to handle and even though you have a lot of information online it takes too long for someone to learn watching videos. My question was resolved in 5 minutes over the phone. Thank you. more »

When porting the number, Meliza was very patient when my computer froze at the "attach bill" stage, and I had to start over, and when this happened a second time. She was quite helpful and offered to attach the bill if I e-mailed it to her. She did an outstanding job. I was also very pleased with the sales rep, Bernard. He answered my pre-sales questions clearly, and assisted with initial set-up. more »

Patrick walked me thru downloading the RingCentral Meeting app on my PC and we tested it a few times to be sure it worked and I understood how to use it. He was very patient. Afterward, I was able to add my husband as a user and get the application for meetings downloaded on his PC, too! Thank you. more »
