This has been the most horrific experience of customer service we have experienced as a business (which is saying something) their sales representative promised quite a few things, failed to deliver, then quit her job. After months of 6 hours on the phone, failure to port over our company line, and fraudulent billing, we attempted to cancel, only to be told we are locked into a 2 year contract. For what? I have been using ring central for 5+ years. I am trying to understand incorrect charges on their bill. There is no way to inquire about charges without speaking to a person, and they make it very hard to speak with someone. Additionally, they suggest "chatting" with an agent online but they have no way to talk to a person.

I transferred my work cell phone number and immediately could not use my work phone or get emails on it. I emailed legal three times to cancel and they never responded. I tried to call and the wait time is one hour. This company is a huge scam. Im sure it will be a huge hassle to try to get my money back.

Worst company and trick tactics. I have had over ten issues in the last few months alone. To add insult to injury I found out today I have been getting billed incorrectly. When I called and tried to get this corrected I was insulted and told that my contract was already auto renewed a few days ago and nothing I can do. I never authorized an auto renewal contract be aware these guys are scammers. There reps have SEVERE language barriers and do not comprehend. This is the worst security service. Have of the time the service does not work. Ring employees are not helpful at all. Neither are the supervisor. On the call for 55 minutes earlier today and this evening another 45 minutes.

Ive tried multiple VOIP companies and this has been the worst experience because of RingCentrals lack of integrity.Sales representative *************************** sold me a 30 days trial with RingCentral. I shared with him that am currently with DialPad do not like the texting features on the app, so I was interested in TRYING out RingCentral but will only switch over if I find that the texting features are better than what I currently use. RingCentral has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've currently been on hold with RingCentral's customer service department for almost 2 hours. I'm trying to cancel my RingCentral account for my business but RingCentral is trying very hard to stop me from cancelling. I think the customer service employees at ********************** are now intentionally keeping me on hold, hoping that I hang up so I can't cancel my plan. Worst customer service ever I signed up process was OK then I got transferred to another rep with the barely speak English. She said that people were doing and it has nothing to do with me. I verified all my documents. My account is verified now Im trying to add additional lines to my business and they got you gone Through and theres no one you can talk to to give you some of good customer service

Our nonprofit has been overcharged by $300/mo since December 2023 for lines that were deactivated by RingCentral and are no longer in use. We have spent 10+ hours on the phone with their "customer success" and technical assistance staff members, only to get the runaround on a solution. They admit that the error was on their side and apologize for the inconvenience, but do not follow through with the solutions they promise.
