At no point did Jessa sound angry or upset at the many errors we kept making. I think Jessa is very good at her job and makes is seem easy and explains what she is doing at all times. I know it cannot be that easy to keep your cool when dealing with customers like ourselves who are "a hands on type of person" rather than computer minded. We were very happy with our call and are another few steps towards "knowing a bit about our phone system". more »

The gentleman assisting me was wonderful. The problem I had was your customer support phone system has an echo and a delay that interfered with communication to a degree. But I have no complaints. more »

this was an easy process. I DID have to be transferred to three difference support people before I landed in the correct spot, but Jo-Ed helped me walk through the process (as a new RingCentral user) and helped me find where I needed to be. Thanks! more »

I had a very good experience. The only reason it didn't get a rating of 10 is that I'm still a little unsure about how my other extensions will work. I will have to look into that myself to see if I understand how the system is working. Thanks more »

1st contact was with regular customer service. number I had was transferred, I waited for 22 minutes and I hung up then I found the technical support number and It was answered by the technical rep Rochy. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated being walked through on what he was doing to resolve my issue. more »
