Caution! My experience with the customer service team was extremely disappointing. I initially signed up for a one-month trial rental but decided to return the item after just two weeks due to acquiring my own VOIP phone. Despite assurances from an agent that they would process the return, it wasn't actioned. This is a scam. When I signed up, I was told I can cancel anytime. Now, they are informing me that I have to wait 12 month.
I can confirm that this company is full of crooks. They failed to provide the very service that they claim to provide. My service has not been working for nearly 6 months. Not only will they not refund me, but are saying I signed up for a contract for that I didnt. Supposedly their contract says that if we use autopay we are automatically agreeing to extending the contract. The attorney general should look into this. I will not stop until everyone hears about this.

The worst customer service ever experienced, the system is very poorly designed, in order to just cancel the account youll have to wait on line and struggle back and forth for an hour. Dont even think to use their service.

I have been asking for calling recording over a year now. Talked to 30 different people, 5 different departments. Still no way to record calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I contacted them to retain my phone number due to Century Link's change. They said they could help me retain that phone number. Not true.I sold my business and needed to terminate service - they were not willing to pro-rate their service, not even for a partial month (even though they had not performed and I hadn't been using their services for 2 months).
The worst experience ever. DO NOT USE RINGCENTRAL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Every single review on here is 1 star lol makes sense now. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I have been trying to register mt 10 DLR ************ for THREE MONTHS NOW! I keep getting rejected and they wont just tell me all the steps I need to complete my registration.
