Substance Abuse Counselor Pros: I do not have to have two phones . I have to use the app from my personal phone. I am in compliance with my job while communicating. I can easily turn off my app when I m at home. I love all the features I have access to while at work. I can fax documents and communicate with my co-workers. Cons: I do not have any problems with this program. Overall: I have had no problems with the app.
Identical to zoom Pros: I like that it’s basically the same as zoom do it’s familiar to most of us. Cons: I don’t get why it is its own thing? People have to download a separate software package.
Functional business communications platform Pros: Works across all my devices. Reliable calling/meeting/messaging/faxing service. I like that I can send and receive faxes from the app. I like voice to text message recording. Cons: I think they've ironed it out. But for a long time There were 2-4 different apps for different things/legacy apps. And it took forever to figure out which one did what where. Very confusing. The rocah motel of phone systems Pros: Got a phone number, it works fine. Cons: Customer service. Overall: Buyer beware- they require a long contract and make it hard to cancel. I spent 45 minutes listening to very bad hold music while they did stuff like "look up your account" or "talk to my supervisor". When you try to cancel they send you to the "Retention" group that will try to upsell, ask questions a lot of questions and repeatedly put you on hold. Great product, convenient and easy to use. Pros: The features allowed are great. Allowing fir messages, chats, faxes, phone calls, meetings, etc. Cons: The voice connection in the afternoon is not always stable. Overall: Great!
Great VoIP Service Pros: I like its simplicity to use for phone calls, text, faxing, and even internal messaging. Also like that you can have both desktop and smartphone apps and use them interchangeable, i.e. switch a call from desktop to phone and vice versa. Cons: There are sometimes delays when connecting to a call. Overall: Overall, my experience with RingCentral is positive.
Ring Central Pros: The software is easy to install and very helpful with communicating to other businesses. Cons: The software would be improved if captions were available.
Great team helps all the way to setting up everything to fit your business Pros: Great voip provider and great for customer service business Cons: Lags sometimes on the phone app where you don't receive calls but get only notifications of a missed call which is bad for business
Administrator/ user comment Pros: I can easily set call forwarding to any other store or cell phone when the internet is down. When using the meeting function the audio and video streams are clear and clean. Training and help sections are very useful.
