Bloated Software, Not at all Intuitive Pros: I liked the ability to access our phone system remotely, but this is no longer a novel tech setup. Cons: As a business, we were assigned one [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was incredibly difficult to reach. Full Communication Suite Pros: The best thing about the software is how intuitive and easy to use it is. They didn't try to reinvent the wheel and give you an interface that you've neever seen before. Everything seems to be placed where you would expect it to be and you don't need to constantly dig for information. Quality Software Pros: Amazing experience while using Ring Central. It has all the features of sharing documents, Recording and has a Quality voice transfer. Cons: No Cons - It is the best! I would recommend my teammates and friends to use Ring Central for better voice quality while having a conversation from any part of the globe.
I love the app and recommend for all workplaces. Pros: I like that everything is in this app - contacts, voicemails, missed calls, call log, text messaging and fax. Cons: N/A I do not have anything that I don't like about Ringcentral. Overall: 10/10 reccomend.
They saved us from an ancient ShoreTel system, and helped us embrace remote work Pros: The platform feels modern and robust. I like that end users can install the client without us having to deploy msi's. The sound quality alone on calls was night in day from our onprem system with SIP trunks. Great Tool with many features great for Small Businesses Pros: Very easy to navigate, set up for personal features. Love that you can text, fax or place calls on DND or Busy, see the status of other team members if they are busy. Cons: Some features need to be easier to locate like the "out of office" call forwarding features and setting up voicemail. You have to locate the manual to set these up. Gary Stomaun's Review Pros: I love the fact that I am able to switch multiple numbers when I need to contact someone. I can switch from Blocked, to a sub number, to a regular source of contact. I enjoy that the most. Cons: I don't have a lot of concerns when it comes to using this software. I get quality sound, 3 way calling, etc.. No major concerns to report to this program. Overall: It hands down the easiest program that I was able to use.
