RingCentral Helps Eliminate Communication Errors Probably one of the best Company's I have been able to work along with my fellow associates. Very easy to navigate and take with me "on the go" if I'm not in the office. I highly recommend your service to any company looking for better communications within OR outside the office.
Ring central is still the best I've been using Ring Central in my virtual global call center for 6 years and we've never had any issues.
Integration issues I believe Ring Central is a great service to use but can improve in some areas. We have had issues integrating from a in office phone to a mobile phone and that was frustrating during the pandemic.
RingCentral is a complete enterprise communication tool We were using Cisco products for phone and chat while using Skype for conferencing. RingCentral's products provided a much richer solution for all areas in which the tools were tightly integrated and felt like a decade's worth of technical advances.
there are things to be worked on I keep having to re-download it because of ongoing ringing noise that sounds like chimes. This is frustrating. i lose talk time and don't know its happen ing until m30 min is wasted of my day. which is frustrating as you can imagine. my whole team deals with he same issue.
