Because I like it Pros: It's synched to my Microsoft and really helps with meetings and being on time Cons: No issues so far. If anything being able to call and speak to someone rather than doing everything online. Put the customer in more places on the app. Overall: The product has become and better each new update. Love the app to your cell and the unified communications.
Excellent Product and well worth the investment Pros: I use Ring Central daily and have come to depend on it for every day task. Conference calls and on-line meeting, keeping updated on project status at my finger tips and only a few critical functions I depend on Ring Central to aid with. CSOKI opinion! Pros: I like that I can communicate through chats and my teams as well as hold conference calls. Cons: I do not like how I can’t tell which phone number is actually mine that I’m calling from on the app Overall: I have had a great experience with ring central
Excellent One Stop for Voip! Pros: This software makes calling from anywhere extremely easy with excellent quality and lost of features! Cons: Would like to have the app installed on more than 2 devices. I believe I'm only limited to having 2 devices registered at a time.

Ring Central for teachers Pros: I like that Ring Central allows me to text and call families without using my personal phone number. I like that I can use it on my mobile device or from the computer. I like that I receive an email as well as a text or voice message. Cons: The integration with my phone is not the greatest, it is difficult to see when a call is incoming through Ring Central or my personal number. I wish there was a translation feature for texting.
