Excellent One Stop for Voip! Pros: This software makes calling from anywhere extremely easy with excellent quality and lost of features! Cons: Would like to have the app installed on more than 2 devices. I believe I'm only limited to having 2 devices registered at a time.
csr Pros: i can use it at home as an app and at work on the phone. Cons: I didnt find any cons, I love the product. Overall: I love it
Ring Central for teachers Pros: I like that Ring Central allows me to text and call families without using my personal phone number. I like that I can use it on my mobile device or from the computer. I like that I receive an email as well as a text or voice message. Cons: The integration with my phone is not the greatest, it is difficult to see when a call is incoming through Ring Central or my personal number. I wish there was a translation feature for texting.

Fast and User Friendly Pros: The agency as a whole can communicate so easily and quickly. I can text and call clients. We can share documents, do video meetings, conference calls. Voicemail and caller ID is very important when calling clients. Cons: Sometimes video quality can be better, and maybe more clear organization with texts and calls presented on the screen. For example, for text messages you have to go into the phone call tab to view them. It would be easier to view them with its own tab. Overall: It's a great softw... read more
Reliable Pros: The call quality is very good and support is fast in responding. This is very important as we can not afford to have phone lines down for much time. Cons: The software to track call detail record and configuration is a bit hard to grasp in the first few days, but it gets much easier after a week or so. Overall: We liked the call quality and the price is very competitive. It allowed us to transfer workers to work remotely very easily.
