Good UCAAS solution that allows flexibility in the Changing Remote User World Was a great replacement of UCAAS solution we used previously. It created a fixed cost for services that replaced a solution that was not reliable and required more overhead. Administration access is delegated for locations and that allows more convenience for the Help Desk team to manage services
