"Great service for any business" Overall: My overall experience is great. I think Ring central has alot of potential, but they still need to work on their product.Pros: I like that you can be anywhere and still answer your business phone. You can make calls from your cell phone and still have it come from your business line.Cons: I think the integration with outlook calendar should be a must. It presently doesn't support it and you should be able to access it from ringcentral without having to leave the call.
"RingCentral Office Review" Overall: Since the pandemic hit and our users started working from home RingCentral Office has been a lifesaver. employees working from home can still have calls transferred to them from the receptionist and the users can still send and receive faxes just as if they were in the office. "Perfect for our Vacation Rental Company" Overall: We've had an overall amazing experience thus far. We are now closer to our customers than ever before. "RingCentral Office" Overall: I love this tool and use the features constantly with my position to assist my customers during screensharing.Pros: This tool has many great features and functionality, but it is still very simple and relatively intuitive to use.Cons: I don't like that Meetings, Phone, and Glip are all separate. Updates don't always sync up to each other.
"Beware the hidden fees" Pros: Provides fax, business line, and video conference in one place.Cons: Hidden fees and taxes add 23.4%. While some fees are required, the majority are optional fees Ring Central adds so it can appear to offer competitive pricing while actually charging more. I don't have any issues with Ring Central recovering the cost of business operations. I do, however, object to them disguising them as hidden fees. "Good service app" Overall: Ring was pretty simple and easy to use. We continue to use this.Pros: While during these crazy time, Ring made it possible to still have meetings. It was easy to connect and listen in on meetings.Cons: Could be faster and user friendly for all. Had to re download a few times. But overall easy to get use to.

"Good VOIP with all built in" Overall: Especially during COVID, I have using the RingCentral Office daily.
