Overall: Overall, this changed our law practice so now we are able to easy send documents via facsimile to be compliant with our local rules.Pros: Who is using a fax machine these days? "Excellent VOIP system" Overall: RingCentral is a great VOIP system. The dial plan, company directory and desktop app are all great. The texting and messaging feature is also great. "Ring Central Virtual phone line" Overall: We have been using Ring Central for our office line for years. The service is great-just too pricey to use for our marketing team. We use the meeting service and faxing options for day-to-day operations as well as our 800# is through Ring Central.Pros: We use Ring Central for our main phone line. It has great features such as faxing services and meeting options.Cons: Ring Central is more pricey than other VOIP systems.
"Not the best option out there" Overall: We had to make the switch to a better, more reliable business phone option as RingCentral did not work for our growing companyPros: Easy-to-use interface.
