"Beware the hidden fees" Pros: Provides fax, business line, and video conference in one place.Cons: Hidden fees and taxes add 23.4%. While some fees are required, the majority are optional fees Ring Central adds so it can appear to offer competitive pricing while actually charging more. I don't have any issues with Ring Central recovering the cost of business operations. I do, however, object to them disguising them as hidden fees. "Good service app" Overall: Ring was pretty simple and easy to use. We continue to use this.Pros: While during these crazy time, Ring made it possible to still have meetings. It was easy to connect and listen in on meetings.Cons: Could be faster and user friendly for all. Had to re download a few times. But overall easy to get use to.

Overall: Overall, this changed our law practice so now we are able to easy send documents via facsimile to be compliant with our local rules.Pros: Who is using a fax machine these days?
