Awesome integration, essential for remote working Pros: The integration between my phone, laptop and computer at the office. Best software for a small team Pros: Easy to navigate and easy to use. What I like the most is that your profile can be personalized with your picture and also with a ringtone of your choice. Options are scarce in a good way, not overwhelming at all. It's perfect for my team since we're only 5 individuals. Cons: As for all the softwares I review, I wish it had a dark theme as sometimes I get headaches. Overall: Simple, life made easier.
A Bit of Trouble Setting Up... Pros: Overall, this is quality software. It ticks all the boxes we were looking for such as call management, voicemails, and individual voicemail boxes. Cons: Set up was not without its issues. Not all of the phones connected when plugged in. There were a few that I had to call in to get them going. Good Product, Clean up the Formatting Pros: I love the ease of being able to switch our “on call” number from one person to another. This is so helpful. Cons: There is no automated text feature. I was able to find a workaround through Zapier, but it seems like this should come with. Also it seems like the formatting could be updated to look more user friendly and inviting. Overall: This is a good product that gets the job done. It needs a facelift and automated text responses but besides that, I am completely satisfied.
I couldn't run my business without RingCentral Pros: Running a business that is 24/7 meaning that a client can call 24/7 is tough. With RingCentral, I am able to divide the week with my employees. It is easy to switch my phones to each on call employee when needed. If I leave the office or cannot go to the office, I can have the phones ring to my personal cell phone. Best Phone System We've Ever Had Pros: I like that there are several ways to answer the phone. You can do it from a hardwired phone, a cell phone app, or even the computer app! It makes it easy to make sure that I never miss a call while I am out of office or on the go. Cons: Setting everything up was a lot more complicated than it needed to be. Ringcentral not as easy as it appears to be. Pros: I like that this product allows me to easily share my screen and record the screen sharing for meetings that I have daily with clients. Cons: About half of the clients who try to log in have trouble at some point. Some of these clients are never able to login. Me personally I have had no problem with the software but for those non-tech savvy clients it has been an ongoing issue. Great for office Pros: Easy to use , having to switch from the office teammates account to outside contacts it's relatively easy. Cons: Not able easily to take a photo of my device and place to be send. Have too many steps to follow to attach a photo.
