I couldn't run my business without RingCentral Pros: Running a business that is 24/7 meaning that a client can call 24/7 is tough. With RingCentral, I am able to divide the week with my employees. It is easy to switch my phones to each on call employee when needed. If I leave the office or cannot go to the office, I can have the phones ring to my personal cell phone. Best Phone System We've Ever Had Pros: I like that there are several ways to answer the phone. You can do it from a hardwired phone, a cell phone app, or even the computer app! It makes it easy to make sure that I never miss a call while I am out of office or on the go. Cons: Setting everything up was a lot more complicated than it needed to be. Ringcentral not as easy as it appears to be. Pros: I like that this product allows me to easily share my screen and record the screen sharing for meetings that I have daily with clients. Cons: About half of the clients who try to log in have trouble at some point. Some of these clients are never able to login. Me personally I have had no problem with the software but for those non-tech savvy clients it has been an ongoing issue. Great for office Pros: Easy to use , having to switch from the office teammates account to outside contacts it's relatively easy. Cons: Not able easily to take a photo of my device and place to be send. Have too many steps to follow to attach a photo.
Great service for any business Pros: I like that you can be anywhere and still answer your business phone. You can make calls from your cell phone and still have it come from your business line. Cons: I think the integration with outlook calendar should be a must. It presently doesn't support it and you should be able to access it from ringcentral without having to leave the call. Overall: My overall experience is great. I think Ring central has alot of potential, but they still need to work on their product.

RingCentral Office Pros: This tool has many great features and functionality, but it is still very simple and relatively intuitive to use. Cons: I don't like that Meetings, Phone, and Glip are all separate. Updates don't always sync up to each other. Overall: I love this tool and use the features constantly with my position to assist my customers during screensharing.
Beware the hidden fees Pros: Provides fax, business line, and video conference in one place. Cons: Hidden fees and taxes add 23.4%. While some fees are required, the majority are optional fees Ring Central adds so it can appear to offer competitive pricing while actually charging more. I don't have any issues with Ring Central recovering the cost of business operations. I do, however, object to them disguising them as hidden fees.
