Ring Central offers a colorful formatted software. I have enjoyed the move to Ring Central. The application is colorful, easy to navigate and offers a deeper view of company member intel. I am on the Reception Team. We have 4 members and we maneuver between the RC and the Bridge Operator Applications. It is a very heavy call center because we are a nationwide company with many clients to serve. I enjoy every minute of it!
RingCentral can help connect offices in the next normal (Onsite, Work From Home & Hybrid) The product works well for small teams. The telepones did not work well when forwarded to an outside line.

A win-win for a new virtual world Overall Ring Central has been great allowing teleworking and seamless integration from office environment to home office. The ability to port office landlines to digital platforms, laptops, desktops as well as scan and fax directly to inboxes and host video conferencing all from one service makes this a top notch software for myself, my team members and new staff.
Excellent Service and Training - Up and Running Right Away The training was superb. After just a short time I felt I understood the functions of the product. It was very easy to integrate into my mobile device and I've been able to host multiple conference calls / video calls within days of implementation.
