Great service for any business Pros: I like that you can be anywhere and still answer your business phone. You can make calls from your cell phone and still have it come from your business line. Cons: I think the integration with outlook calendar should be a must. It presently doesn't support it and you should be able to access it from ringcentral without having to leave the call. Overall: My overall experience is great. I think Ring central has alot of potential, but they still need to work on their product.
RingCentral Office Review Pros: What I like best about this product is the fact that all of the communication services you need are included. Phone, fax, direct messaging, texting, videoconferencing and faxing. Its a one stop shop for all of your unified communication needs. Perfect for our Vacation Rental Company Pros: We switched to Ring Central a couple of months ago as we were looking for a better Phone system that will integrate seamlessly with our new Vacation Rental Software. We decided to give RingCentral Office a trial and it's been amazing thus far. RingCentral Office Pros: This tool has many great features and functionality, but it is still very simple and relatively intuitive to use. Cons: I don't like that Meetings, Phone, and Glip are all separate. Updates don't always sync up to each other. Overall: I love this tool and use the features constantly with my position to assist my customers during screensharing.
Beware the hidden fees Pros: Provides fax, business line, and video conference in one place. Cons: Hidden fees and taxes add 23.4%. While some fees are required, the majority are optional fees Ring Central adds so it can appear to offer competitive pricing while actually charging more. I don't have any issues with Ring Central recovering the cost of business operations. I do, however, object to them disguising them as hidden fees. Good service app Pros: While during these crazy time, Ring made it possible to still have meetings. It was easy to connect and listen in on meetings. Cons: Could be faster and user friendly for all. Had to re download a few times. But overall easy to get use to. Overall: Ring was pretty simple and easy to use. We continue to use this.
A little clunky but good overall especially for smaller businesses Pros: the platform is pretty easy to navigate, it's kept simple. The options are simple and straightforward, no excessive features to just get in the way of what you need. Better Options Available In This Price Range - Beware of Contracts Pros: Ringcentral has been around awhile and is a VOIP phone and voice system for small to large businesses with lots of features available. Cons: The platform is not as user friendly as other VOIP programs and this one usually requires their phone hardware to work if looking for a physical phone at a desk or counter for use. Good VOIP with all built in Pros: It has all the features you would expect in a VOIP phone, and as a bonus, you have their meeting service that works just like Go to Meeting or Zoom. Cons: Their PC app needs some work; I mean, I get that they want all the features to be all in one place, but I mostly want to have a softphone app to place my calls and receive calls; I find the app very convoluted and not intuitive.
