Easy office phone system that is up-to-date with the current needs of the community! For the most part, the system has been great with all the features. I personally really like the texting feature on the app and the voicemail transfer to writing so you can read the voicemail. We have has issues with meetings on ring central, however.
RingCentral is a great communication platform for teams. RingCentral worked as intended. The platform was easy to use and the mobile app made communication from anywhere a lot user friendly.

The overall support and experience are lacking in customer service and support. Lack of communication and transparency with committed customers. Removing features that are useful without communication has been critical for our organization.
It's a great application but needs some things to improve I think you should improve on the video meetings and calls because sometimes the application freezes and delays my work
Overall great product RingCentral is good overall. The only problem experienced is connection issues.
