RingCentral Office for Non-Profit Pros: RingCentral Office did have a lot of features that others didn't have. Our organization has visually impaired employees so we have to make sure that whatever product we choose is accessible enough for them to use, and RingCentral was the only company at the time willing to let us trial their product for a few days in order for us to check this. Bye bye fax machines! Pros: Who is using a fax machine these days? This service allows you to send faxes straight from your email. Cons: I do not like that there are sometimes lags on receiving the transmittal forms. But that is it! Love this product Overall: Overall, this changed our law practice so now we are able to easy send documents via facsimile to be compliant with our local rules.
Separate business calls from personal Pros: Working from home, I do not have a desk phone that can be used for business purposes. Having RingCentral installed onto my personal smartphone, eliminates the need and cost for another phone for work. I'm able to just have one phone that can be used for business and personal calls. Excellent VOIP system Pros: The best part of RingCentral is the ease of use and the customization of the dial plan. I can customize my dial plan for when I am in or out of the office, or on vacation in one simple click. I can make several versions of dial plans for varying situations. One of the best features of the dial plan is that I can set one on a timer for vacation that will automatically terminate upon my return. Great software. Ring Central Virtual phone line Pros: We use Ring Central for our main phone line. It has great features such as faxing services and meeting options. Cons: Ring Central is more pricey than other VOIP systems. Overall: We have been using Ring Central for our office line for years. The service is great-just too pricey to use for our marketing team. We use the meeting service and faxing options for day-to-day operations as well as our 800# is through Ring Central.
Not the best option out there Pros: Easy-to-use interface. Good features, transfer options, text option etc. I liked the mobile app as well Cons: Frequent glitches, constant dropped calls, customer support not very helpful, sometimes transfers wouldn't go through.
