Ring Central Virtual phone line Pros: We use Ring Central for our main phone line. It has great features such as faxing services and meeting options. Cons: Ring Central is more pricey than other VOIP systems. Overall: We have been using Ring Central for our office line for years. The service is great-just too pricey to use for our marketing team. We use the meeting service and faxing options for day-to-day operations as well as our 800# is through Ring Central.
Not the best option out there Pros: Easy-to-use interface. Good features, transfer options, text option etc. I liked the mobile app as well Cons: Frequent glitches, constant dropped calls, customer support not very helpful, sometimes transfers wouldn't go through. Overall: We had to make the switch to a better, more reliable business phone option as RingCentral did not work for our growing company
COMMUNICATIONS Pros: we used ringcentral for answering service after hours for our medical office, the site is easy to use Cons: all the features online were fine, it was time when the service was unavailable and patient's couldn't reach us Overall: we cancelled Ring Central due to not professions representative and tech support was bad
Perfect product for a SME Pros: The ability to configure the platform as required to meet your business requirements. We use it to handle all inbound calls and can route them to mobile phone, desktops and to voice mail boxes as required. With the seamless integration with Office 365 and with Salesforce we are really well positioned to automate more while providing an excellent experience for our customers. Cons: At first, it may appear to be difficult to set-up, but after some trials and finding some of the pitfalls we manag... read more
Best Hosted VOIP Pros: Easy onboarding, great service, easy to use administrative controls. Best mobile app of any VOIP service. Cons: Outsourced support was occasionally problematic, but we only needed support for those rare, wild requests from users who had unrealistic expectations of how phones work. Overall: We started with an outdated Avaya PBX that was difficult to manage. We moved for a short time to a small, local provider, but wanted a greater feature-set. RingCentral ticked all the boxes.
RingCentral Office - Review Pros: Being the majority of folks have been home for over a year now due to the pandemic this tool has come in handy because you are not at your office as you normally would be. It only you to be on the go and still receive phone calls from people. Cons: Even though I have the notifications set on for some reason I don't always receive the incoming call and way after the fact. So not sure why I get some, but not others as it must be something in the setting of the tool which isn't super straight f... read more
A fine way to manage our office's phones Pros: I like the ability to see all of our incoming and outgoing calls easily and on one screen through the administrator page. On the user's side of things, the program is easy to use and setting up call forwarding isn't hard to do. Cons: I can't think of anything I dislike about RingCentral Office. It gets the job done. Orange is probably my least favorite color so if I had to pick one thing, it'd be that there is a lot of orange in their software. Overall: We've been very happy wit... read more
RingCentral has many great features Pros: RingCentral has many great features. We use it for phone, video, faxing and more. We switched from another VOIP provider and we saved 50% on our monthly fees and have way more features. Cons: We prefer Zoom over the video conference system they offer, which is a white label Zoom product but they appear to be migrating away. If you have a problem their customer support is terrible. We use a third party technology vendor which has a special number to call for support. Whenever we have ... read more
Good for inner-office messaging but not for task management Pros: $4 Cons: My company was trying to use this for the reasons I described above, but also as a task-management tool. Although there are some task-management features built into the software, it's definitely not what I would recommend for that purpose. Because the main purpose of this is for messaging colleagues, the layout is not great for keeping your tasks organized and helping you stay on top of all the various projects you have going on at once. When tasks ar... read more
