"RingCentral is Central to your workforce in calling" Overall: This product provides myself and others in the team to be able to easily answer any calls or make business calls using mobile devices or the computers at our disposal at the time. The software runs flawlessly and I've had a great experience in both using it and learning it.Pros: Easy to use while at the same time being universal to install on mobile devices and desktop or notebook computers. "Great Tool!" Overall: i had a great experience with RingCentral. I definitely recommend it to others looking for a VOIP phone service.Pros: I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.Cons: The only complaint I have with RingCentral is being able to read or hear vm wasn't a simple process but it worked.
"Love The Fax Feature!" Overall: Great overall! My favorite feature, as the review title indicates, is using the fax. Prior to RingCentral, I've never used a computer software application to place calls in my line of work, so to me this is very new and convenient. "Not the easiest to use" Overall: If the goal is to replace your standard office phones then RingCentral can do that, but it just isn't that practical if you then have to use another video conference and chat software.Pros: It does a good job replacing standard office phones.Cons: The video conference application is frustrating and can be tough to use.
"Ease of use" Pros: This software is very user friendly. Easy to communicate with our clients on both desktop and phone apps.Cons: I did not like that I had to download different apps for different uses (I.e. Ring Central meetings needed for video conferencing). I also don't like that I cannot easily mark unread a text on the RingCentral Phone desktop app. The Ringcentral Classic app allows that but the interface is much more difficult to understand and harder on the eyes
"Ring central" Overall: Ring central is a great product, it can make reaching clients and employees possible during any circumstance. Training employees of the system was easy and quick. Full implementation took less than a day.Pros: Ring central allows users to dial out from any device using preselected numbers. "Innovative!" Overall: Great! I love how it has a lot of things from other softwares and they really made it their own. Excited to see more from them.Pros: These guys are great. The software is super user friendly and it works so well with the teams that I'm on! Highly recommended!Cons: I would say the file attachments could be converted better to make the experience that much more clean but it's still really good.
"A huge improvement for my organization" Overall: We moved from hardware to softphones and while some were skeptic, it was an overall success. "Ringcentral Review" Overall: Overall Ringcentral has been a great addition to my work place and I recommend itPros: The ease of use between being able to have the app on my phone or desktop. I am able to seamlessly answer calls through my mobile device even if I am out of the office.Cons: glitches and sometimes hiccups occur when answering some calls. Also if not on a strong Wi-fi connection the app is pretty much useless.
