"New User - Delighted" Overall: The support and sales staff have been excellent to work. The product WORKS - with little required (after initial set-up). As an analog guy in a digital world - I love it.Pros: Fairly easy to get started. Exceeds all of my expectations.Cons: Nothing - everything is good. Appreciate the ease.
"Easy to use" Pros: I can set it up to open once I turn my pc on.Cons: Sometimes it would crash and after restarting it works
"Delivers voicemails right to our inboxes" Overall: It gets the job done, allowing multiple users to act on a single call based on availability.Pros: It delivers audio and a text transcript of the voicemails right to our inboxes. While we were in the office, it was able to ring multiple phones simultaneously.Cons: The speech to text features is less than ideal, although in my experience Google's offerings weren't much better.
"Powerful, easy to use and great support" Overall: We used them 2 years ago and found the support iffy, the meeting app buggy and unreliable and the price expensive. This time around we got a price reduction, app was completely redone and is great, and support has been significantly improvedPros: All features in one simple app, CRM integrationCons: can't jump directly from a phone call into a video conference with all participants
"Answer your phone when your not at your phone" Overall: Availability of calling people from my cell phone but it showing from my office line is huge.Pros: I am never at my desk, so RingCentral app allows me to answer my calls either on my cell phone or check messages without having a physical phone at office.Cons: Nothing to complain about as of review. Service is as advertised and has delivered the results we needed.
"Love it, Love it, Love it" Overall: Again, my experience has been wonderful. Easy to use, easy to set up, solid customer service...I highly recommend their platform!Pros: So easy to install and amazingly easy to use. "Ring Central" Overall: I have had a pleasant experience with using this program and I would recommend it to others.Pros: I like that we can host our weekly or daily meetings thru the Rong Central App by just entering our meeting ID then it enters you into a private chat room where you can chat via text or as a group over the phone. You have the option to connect your cameras and be able to see one another and you can share your screen with everyone in the group so they can see any demos or slides of information. "Great product" Overall: Our overall experience has been great. For the most it's been great to utilize.Pros: The software is extremely easy to use. Messaging within the software is easy and doesn't take much effort to use.Cons: The workflow is not as great as it could be. I feel it's lacking in this area and it could be improved.
