Ease of use Pros: This software is very user friendly. Easy to communicate with our clients on both desktop and phone apps. Cons: I did not like that I had to download different apps for different uses (I.e. Ring Central meetings needed for video conferencing). I also don't like that I cannot easily mark unread a text on the RingCentral Phone desktop app. The Ringcentral Classic app allows that but the interface is much more difficult to understand and harder on the eyes
Ring central Pros: Ring central allows users to dial out from any device using preselected numbers. This was a life saver during this year and the increased amount of time spent working from home. The ability to link office products to ring central allowed for a seamless transition into using ring central for all meetings. Innovative! Pros: These guys are great. The software is super user friendly and it works so well with the teams that I'm on! Highly recommended! Cons: I would say the file attachments could be converted better to make the experience that much more clean but it's still really good. Overall: Great! I love how it has a lot of things from other softwares and they really made it their own. Excited to see more from them.
A huge improvement for my organization Pros: I loved the fact that it is easy to administer for the main admin, the team managers, and the end-users. They all have some level of control of how your phone works. Changes can be implemented in no time, such as adding users, replacing flows, redirecting numbers, etc. Cons: Their transcripts of voicemails were not very useful, as they contain a number of errors. Ringcentral Review Pros: The ease of use between being able to have the app on my phone or desktop. I am able to seamlessly answer calls through my mobile device even if I am out of the office. Cons: glitches and sometimes hiccups occur when answering some calls. Also if not on a strong Wi-fi connection the app is pretty much useless. Overall: Overall Ringcentral has been a great addition to my work place and I recommend it
New User - Delighted Pros: Fairly easy to get started. Exceeds all of my expectations. Cons: Nothing - everything is good. Appreciate the ease. Overall: The support and sales staff have been excellent to work. The product WORKS - with little required (after initial set-up). As an analog guy in a digital world - I love it.

Delivers voicemails right to our inboxes Pros: It delivers audio and a text transcript of the voicemails right to our inboxes. While we were in the office, it was able to ring multiple phones simultaneously. Cons: The speech to text features is less than ideal, although in my experience Google's offerings weren't much better. Overall: It gets the job done, allowing multiple users to act on a single call based on availability.
Powerful, easy to use and great support Pros: All features in one simple app, CRM integration Cons: can't jump directly from a phone call into a video conference with all participants Overall: We used them 2 years ago and found the support iffy, the meeting app buggy and unreliable and the price expensive. This time around we got a price reduction, app was completely redone and is great, and support has been significantly improved
