Should be good, but it is not Pros: It has a browser extension, smartphone app, and integration with platforms like Google Calendar and Slack. Cons: The login page do not work for me on Google Chrome, the Android App does not have the option to configure with email/password for the SAML logon, just with biometrics and QR Code, which are options that are not allowed by my company. Overall: It should solve the problem of communication, but I do not really like it until now.
Great communications software! Pros: This software is completely amazing and super easy to manage I also love how the group calls work use this for every meeting. Cons: Sometimes the only downsides would be the video lag in the calling but those are just minor inconveniences for a great software. Overall: I love this and won't stop using this it has become essential now.
Router for work calls Pros: It was nice that when my company number was called, it would rout to my personal phone to answer. It made it very helpful to keep on top of calls when out of the office. Cons: I had a lot of glitches with my use of this software. There were a lot of times where I wouldn't be able to answer calls. I would answer and it would say press one to connect. Makes remote work simple Pros: I love that RingCentral has so many components included. Not only do I have a work number, but I can make and receive calls from any device I have installed it. I don't have to have a physical desk phone to be a professional. I can also take calls on the run, even though the customer dialed my "desk phone". I love that I can set up which number I'm using to call out (direct line, main line, or personal line) and I absolutely love the fact that I can text with this service. Good Provider Of Small Business Telecom Needs Pros: If you are a very small business you still want to have the professional appearance of a larger outfit. Ring Central provides this, including giving the ability to have customers first go through a menu, then routing calls to any associate's location. You therefore need to give your clients just one number (no office/cell, etc.). Also allows privacy because a call can be routed to your cell without giving out your cell number. Not as easy to use as I thought Pros: The software has a bunch of great options. For example, you can generate a number and access pin for conference calls and webinars, you can choose any area code for your direct line, and there's a multiple option voicemail option. Cons: More often than not, the features would be glitchy. Other times there were additional charges to use some features - nowhere on the contract or literature was that stated. Convenient Calling Solution Pros: $4 Cons: What I've liked least about RingCentral are more so areas of improvement rather than full blown cons. Most notably, while the mobile app does integrate well and gets the job done, it can often times lag and be a bit clunky. Overall, the app lacks a sense of intuitiveness that proved challenging. Very useful Pros: This software allows seamless fax and phone service for people who want extra capability for their businesses or personal affairs. You can easily scan and send fax to where it needs to be sent. Nowadays we dont have fax machines but this feature is great to use, you can send fax directly through your email. Only wish I had learned of RingCentral sooner Pros: Implementation is straightforward and logical.
