RingCentral Provides Trouble-Free Communication I have used RingCentral in my business for over 15 years and have found the product to be rock-solid and feature-rich. When we began recommending and offering UCaaS to our clients, we have an array of vendors to choose from but our go-to is invariably RingCentral. Their stable platform, great customer service, and support of Poly phones has made me a believer in their services.
Ring Central Review My experience with RC over the past year has been vast. We have had very good experiences with their support both with technical support as well as Technical account management.
RingCentral makes remote work easy My only complaint is that some phones if off the network long enough loose their configuration and have to be programmed and that process is a hassle.
RingCentral a Solid Cloud PBX Solution RingCentral does a fantastic job with telephone services both on premise and mobile. Their conferencing solution has been excellent as well.
Pros and Cons of Ring Central Office not being able to see licensing and templates needs to be added to the system. New inventory implementation was done poorly with no communication.
Excellent product, excellent partner Overall experience with RingCentral has been excellent. All of my communications now run through RingCentral and it is the only solution we use.
Moving to RingCentral provided the flexibility and functionality needed during COVID. Implementation went very well as all phones were pre-configured and the team that came on-site was excellent. My support team is very responsive and we have bi-weekly calls to continue to touch base.

What does a small office user think... As of December 2020, we have been using the desktop and mobile applications for 5 years. As with any new technology implementation there was a period of time in the beginning where setup required some trial and error. However, this process was made less stressful because Ring Central's customer support is excellent.
