Best VOIP for small biz Pros: I like that the app is real time as well as their desktop app version, very easy to transfer within and outside the phone system. sms messages are instant and pictures come over very quickly. can have multiple lines and can mask your line with the appropriate caller id. good options for multiple office environments, video conferencing is good and allows you to import files to store on cloud and fax out of the app. Cons: i dont really have anything negative to say about this but if i had to come ... read more
Ring Central Pros: I like that we can host our weekly or daily meetings thru the Rong Central App by just entering our meeting ID then it enters you into a private chat room where you can chat via text or as a group over the phone. You have the option to connect your cameras and be able to see one another and you can share your screen with everyone in the group so they can see any demos or slides of information. Great product Pros: The software is extremely easy to use. Messaging within the software is easy and doesn't take much effort to use. Cons: The workflow is not as great as it could be. I feel it's lacking in this area and it could be improved. Overall: Our overall experience has been great. For the most it's been great to utilize.

Great way to bring video conferencing to your existing RingCentral Office Setup Pros: Makes phone management in medium sized offices a breeze. Has been a great asset to day to day operations. The new Webinar and Meeting services are great. Cons: Sometimes, Webinar systems go offline with no explanation. Not a deal breaker, but can be annoying sometimes. Overall: Phone management, webinars, and meetings. All unified under one banner.
Should be good, but it is not Pros: It has a browser extension, smartphone app, and integration with platforms like Google Calendar and Slack. Cons: The login page do not work for me on Google Chrome, the Android App does not have the option to configure with email/password for the SAML logon, just with biometrics and QR Code, which are options that are not allowed by my company. Overall: It should solve the problem of communication, but I do not really like it until now.
Great communications software! Pros: This software is completely amazing and super easy to manage I also love how the group calls work use this for every meeting. Cons: Sometimes the only downsides would be the video lag in the calling but those are just minor inconveniences for a great software. Overall: I love this and won't stop using this it has become essential now.
Router for work calls Pros: It was nice that when my company number was called, it would rout to my personal phone to answer. It made it very helpful to keep on top of calls when out of the office. Cons: I had a lot of glitches with my use of this software. There were a lot of times where I wouldn't be able to answer calls. I would answer and it would say press one to connect. Makes remote work simple Pros: I love that RingCentral has so many components included. Not only do I have a work number, but I can make and receive calls from any device I have installed it. I don't have to have a physical desk phone to be a professional. I can also take calls on the run, even though the customer dialed my "desk phone". I love that I can set up which number I'm using to call out (direct line, main line, or personal line) and I absolutely love the fact that I can text with this service.
