"Not impressed" Pros: The graphics are pleasant and bright. Sound quality is good.Cons: It is not a streamlined application. It's bulky and large on my screen. I really think it could be a better product if the applications were smaller.
"Ring me" Overall: Works great and the links to the meetings are easy to send to others.Pros: easy to use conference meeting software. Allows many members to join. Chat works great to allow others to ask questions during the meetingCons: Not much. Seems to work great and others who are not technology savvy can access the meetings so I don't have any poor things to say
"Versatile and useful!" Overall: It is excellent and functional telecommunication software.Pros: It has been extremely useful in mobilizing my law practice, which has been extra useful during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is quite functional and reliable.Cons: I think that the interfacing could use a bit of improvement, as it is not entirely intuitive. It is not terrible, though.
"Ringcentral " Overall: My business problems I am able to resolve is reaching my teammates in a timely manner . As we know most people check there phone more than there emails on a regulary basis.Pros: The features I like most about software is that I can not only get in touch with my teammates quickly I can also set up messages to be sent as reminder and fax right from my computer .Cons: Currently there are no real issues I dislike accept one minor one . I cannot change the time zone it remains on default zone only .
"Easy to figure out how to hear messages but hard to figure out settings" Overall: RingCentral gets the job done, and allows you to understand who is connecting with you and what the next steps should be.Pros: At the end of the day, the point of a voice mail system is to hear the messages that are left for you, and RingCentral accomplishes that. "RingCentral office love it" Pros: We have been using RingCentral for a couple of years now. It allows us to communicate via phone calls or texts with out teammates. I love the fact that they have an app and I can use it from anywhere.Cons: I haven't had any issues with this software, we have been using it for a few years and I am very pleased with it.
"Save on cell phones!" Overall: Ease of use could be improved but I have had great quality calls using this software. I have it on my cell phone and desktop so I can utilize it wherever I am. I use it for calls, voicemails, routing, and text messages.Pros: I love that you can take/make calls from a cell phone but look as though you are working from a business line.Cons: It takes some time to get the hang of how to properly adjust settings for call routing, voicemail greetings, time schedules, etc.
"Sales improvement tool" Overall: Used the app to track calls and improves the number of sales figures.Quite useful for training new sales employees as well.Pros: The software is user friendly and helps to improve sales delivery through evaluating every sales call.Cons: For the basic functions we need, i think the software works quite well in delivering what we are looking for.
