Ring Central provides this, including giving the ability to have customers first go through a menu, then routing calls to any associate's location. Not as easy to use as I thought Pros: The software has a bunch of great options. For example, you can generate a number and access pin for conference calls and webinars, you can choose any area code for your direct line, and there's a multiple option voicemail option. Cons: More often than not, the features would be glitchy. Other times there were additional charges to use some features - nowhere on the contract or literature was that stated. Convenient Calling Solution Pros: $4 Cons: What I've liked least about RingCentral are more so areas of improvement rather than full blown cons. Most notably, while the mobile app does integrate well and gets the job done, it can often times lag and be a bit clunky. Overall, the app lacks a sense of intuitiveness that proved challenging. Very useful Pros: This software allows seamless fax and phone service for people who want extra capability for their businesses or personal affairs. You can easily scan and send fax to where it needs to be sent. Nowadays we dont have fax machines but this feature is great to use, you can send fax directly through your email. Only wish I had learned of RingCentral sooner Pros: Implementation is straightforward and logical. Tech support is outstanding, tech takes ownership of issues and resolves or shows user how to resolve issues Cons: The ladder to get to some of the features is a bit confusing until one interprets how the original code writers looked at workflow Overall: RingCentral is the reason our little company is still in business. RingCentral Pros: It allows me to have a remote office, text and fax number separate from my personal mobile phone number. Cons: Customer service can be average at times when there are issues. I have had a few problems with the service and contacting someone to help is sometimes difficult. Overall: It is an excellent product and I certainly do recommend it. The functionality has increased since I subscribed originally. For example call recording is a feature we use often.
RingCentral - Review Pros: What I like most about RingCentral is the different functions it gives its users. The video conferencing is extremely easy to use but RingCentral also has the phone function where you can create phone numbers and also record the conversations for future use. Great product for remote users Pros: It functions just as well as many large phone systems at a reasonable price and set up was done in one day. Cons: When I'm on the road, calls routed to my cell phone sometimes get automatically sent to my voicemail. Overall: I like it! I've been using it for my office for a little over 3 years now and have had very few issues with it. Not impressed Pros: The graphics are pleasant and bright. Sound quality is good. Cons: It is not a streamlined application. It’s bulky and large on my screen. I really think it could be a better product if the applications were smaller.
