Leading the technology industry There has been no issues and have been recommending the product since we signed on. The installation was completely painless and all the onbording team was great.
RingCentral called just at the right time RingCentral worked hard to earn our business, giving us the most bang for our budget. They worked to make a transition of over 1,500 lines as seamless as possible. Their product has given us to ability to be much more agile in a time were employees are working both on-prem and remotely.

Great Product, Great Service! I've been using RingCentral for over 10 years, and have been very happy with the service. Having an 800 number with multiple extensions really gives our small company the appearance of being much larger.
RingCentral Office Review Having a cloud based system works well for us since our environment is cloud based. The apps also make it very easier to help us communicate with each other.
Easy set-up, runs itself. RingCentral has been a delight to work with. Both friendly and helpful. I feel this is one of the few vendors that care about a company as small as ours. My users love the ease of use. During the pandemic our users had a near seamless transition from one day bing in the office to working from home for an extended period. Many of my peers in this field had nightmare scenarios with their systems. RingCentral saved the day for us.
One service that does everything, and does it all well RingCentral is a very complete and mature service. Their apps and self-service portal are very polished and continually being upgraded. Phone, mobile app, and desktop app work together seamlessly. You have complete office capability wherever you are (more, since you can get texts and faxes to your office number). Collaboration tools are great--powerful, but not too complicated such that people don't use them. High quality calling/conferencing.
Best unified communications experience on the market well designed and supported, provides voice, video and conferencing for all employees as well as personal fax without any dedicated hardware.
