Ring me Pros: easy to use conference meeting software. Allows many members to join. Chat works great to allow others to ask questions during the meeting Cons: Not much. Seems to work great and others who are not technology savvy can access the meetings so I don't have any poor things to say Overall: Works great and the links to the meetings are easy to send to others.
Versatile and useful! Pros: It has been extremely useful in mobilizing my law practice, which has been extra useful during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is quite functional and reliable. Cons: I think that the interfacing could use a bit of improvement, as it is not entirely intuitive. It is not terrible, though. Overall: It is excellent and functional telecommunication software.
Ringcentral Pros: The features I like most about software is that I can not only get in touch with my teammates quickly I can also set up messages to be sent as reminder and fax right from my computer . Cons: Currently there are no real issues I dislike accept one minor one . I cannot change the time zone it remains on default zone only . Overall: My business problems I am able to resolve is reaching my teammates in a timely manner . As we know most people check there phone more than there emails on a regulary basis.
RingCentral office love it Pros: We have been using RingCentral for a couple of years now. It allows us to communicate via phone calls or texts with out teammates. I love the fact that they have an app and I can use it from anywhere. Cons: I haven't had any issues with this software, we have been using it for a few years and I am very pleased with it.

Easy to figure out how to hear messages but hard to figure out settings Pros: At the end of the day, the point of a voice mail system is to hear the messages that are left for you, and RingCentral accomplishes that. It is quick to hear the messages and then call back if necessary. Cons: It is difficult to alter certain settings when needed. Settings such as what your voicemail message is and what options are offered. Save on cell phones! Pros: I love that you can take/make calls from a cell phone but look as though you are working from a business line. Cons: It takes some time to get the hang of how to properly adjust settings for call routing, voicemail greetings, time schedules, etc. Overall: Ease of use could be improved but I have had great quality calls using this software. I have it on my cell phone and desktop so I can utilize it wherever I am. I use it for calls, voicemails, routing, and text messages.
Sales improvement tool Pros: The software is user friendly and helps to improve sales delivery through evaluating every sales call. Cons: For the basic functions we need, i think the software works quite well in delivering what we are looking for. Overall: Used the app to track calls and improves the number of sales figures.Quite useful for training new sales employees as well.
Ringview Central office Review Pros: That it is easy to have it over many devices. Cons: It hangs sometimes, drops calls at times and is not cost-effective for a small business.
