"Love love love" Overall: I absolutely love it. I use it to fax, keep up with team members when we can't be in the office and need to work from home.Pros: I really love the faxing feature! It is a life saver. All I have to do is scan a document to my email address from anywhere and I can fax. It automatically replies whether your fax was successful or not so you don't have to panic from not knowing if your fax made it to the sender. "Lots of features - good value" Overall: good experience - not 100% reliable but most of the time it works great.Pros: VOIP has come a long way in the past decade and we use RingCentral for everything. I love being able to easily book a teleconference when I'm booking a meeting through Outlook, and have it automatically reschedule as I make changes. "Good experience with RingCentral" Overall: My overall experience was very positive and I would recommend this product. We switched from one of the "mature" competitors in the market so we were worried about a downgrade. This wasn't the case at all, and we have been very happy with the product.Pros: RingCentral was easy to use and required very little training. The Video Conferencing was very easy to use. "Equivalent alternatives exist at a significantly lower cost" Overall: Telephone auto attendants have become somewhat commoditized in their pricing. It's beyond understanding then that Ringcentral would undertake a pricing revision that tripled the monthly cost of their SaS to our company. Perhaps they're contemplating a merger/offering and attempting to boost their value short-term. "Not for us, but a great tool." Overall: Positive, but the tool has a steep learning curve. Tons of features that you may not understand how to utilize.Pros: We had a complicated phone system and the inclusion of ring central helped streamline it. Tons of features.Cons: This is not a tool for just anyone to pick up and implement if they're organization is more than a few people. It was a bit overwhelming, despite being incredibly helpful. It's probably easier to use now.
"Good VoIP platform, but a little complicated" Overall: It's a solid platform, but the UI needs some work. I believe the platform has excellent potential.Pros: RingCentral has been around for a while. They have somewhat perfected the VoIP system, and added multiple things on top of itCons: The settings are complicated, slightly confusing, and cumbersome. The amount & location of settings for a full team gets out of hand quickly.
"No need for Fax machines" Overall: Overall it is very reliable and the fact I can fax something right from the computer is awesome and worth itPros: In our office we fax a lot of things so having this service has allowed multiple people send out fax all at once! super easyCons: Sometimes it is a little slow...Vendor have previously reported it taking 15 minutes for invoices to come in and incomplete faxes as well
"Great Phone System" Overall: Outbound calls to clients, taking inbound calls from clients, sending out messages.Pros: A really good feature that was very helpful was the mass text feature where I could just upload a bunch of numbers and send out mass texts.Cons: The only thing that could be negative is that it runs off your internet connection so if you don't have a good option for internet where you live than your phone calls will not be great.
"great product " Overall: very affordable and the ability to expand once the company growsPros: very easy to use and create custom settings for call forwarding to mobile devices the ability to have several voice mail greetings on file to chose fromCons: only problem with call forwarding is that you gotta answer the phone and then press 1 to accept the call
