RingCentral - Review We had Vonage before Ringcentral and it was horrible. Now we have RingCentral and it's been great! Call quality has been outstanding in comparison.
Props to ring Central for excellent support and service. Always great, fast, and friendly service -- knowledgeable staff. Always quick to answer calls or get back to us. Solve all our problems very quickly and are very patient when explaining the process to me.
Our Ringcentral Experience (Average) I have What i liked and disliked about the product below. Overall i was very surprised and Disappointed with the product given to us by a "Gartner Leader" as was advertised to us repeatedly during Demo and the Project Towards the End of the Project not even all the Ring-central project members came to the meetings.

RC review Ring Central application which I have used is for office communication, the main drawback is high network utilisation. Not able to enable an option to provide feedback after the meeting and if someone is used my email ID not able to re use the same ID, need to create alternative ID.

If just need voice calling, go for it. If you need for video calling, go for other app. I can rate it 7/10 for all the working features, i would have been given 9/10 if the video calling/conferences quality is good. It can be used with out any issues for simple voice calling, again for screen sharing it drops off the quality unexpectedly. I like the dialing process, its just a link click and you are done. Choose this option if you just need voice calling, go for best option if you need video calling and conferences.
