RingCentral for Faxing Information Pros: I like how this software allows you to fax information over the internet vs a printer. It allows you to upload information from a scanner and has always been super secure. You can add a cover page as well so that the information can be directed at the intended recipient. It was fine until i tried to cancel Pros: It was convenient and for a while it offered a good promotion Cons: I did not like that it was hard to cancel. I remember having to call a few times to try to cancel but could not get through to get connected to a live human operator. I got fed up and canceled the credit card associated with the account to finalize end the subscription.
This is a nice phone system, no issues Pros: I never have any trouble using it. It's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing so I never have to worry about it. It's also easy to change to route to another number if someone is on vacation. Cons: We still get spam calls from time to time, which can be annoying, but I don't know if there's any way around it no matter the service you use. Overall: All in all it's been a good experience, we use it for many of our businesses.
Call in to cancel Pros: Seemed to have a lot of features, but we never fully integrated in the first 12 months. Cons: Never fully integrated across sales team. They make you call in to cancel, which bothers me. They are a technology company offering a tech solution, but they put in awfull steps that made me go from indifferent to their service, to actively disliking it. Overall: Not great. I didn't have any interaction with them until I decided to cancel.
Like having a landline - inside your computer and cell phone Pros: My company uses RingCentral for our entire staff. I like being able to answer my phone from wherever I am - no need to be in the office - or even the country! I also manage a team of sales people, so we use the recording feature in order to be able to play back and listen to their sales calls - highly useful for those time we need to play back a call to hear exactly what the lead said (or what we offered). I genuinely miss Ring Central Pros: It was completely user friendly and made sending or receiving faxes completely paperless. Cons: For some reason, every now and then the software would log itself out and you would have to reenter the fax number on sign in, that was quite annoying. Overall: I loved RingCentral. We were a paperless office and this made faxing a dream. I am genuinely sad that we don't use this software anymore.
Business phone system thats easy to use! Pros: Easy to use and lots of different features. I love the click-to-dial feature and how easy it is to forward the call to my cell phone so I never miss a call from a customer. Cons: The only problem I have is I get a TON of spam calls. My RingCentral number is also the same number to a hardware store so I get a lot of calls from their customers as well. Overall: My overall experience with RingCentral has been good. I would just recommend fixing the unsolicited callers issue.
RC Review Pros: I have used Ring Central as a user for a little under a year. It is easy to set up and integrate with my other software. It has many features that I don't use, but love that they are available. Cons: Ring Central tends to be very glitchy. I do not use video usage because there is better software on the market for that purpose. Overall: Overall, Ring Central is a simple and easy communication tool that I would recommend.
