    RC Review Pros: I have used Ring Central as a user for a little under a year. It is easy to set up and integrate with my other software. It has many features that I don't use, but love that they are available. Cons: Ring Central tends to be very glitchy. I do not use video usage because there is better software on the market for that purpose. Overall: Overall, Ring Central is a simple and easy communication tool that I would recommend.

    Average phone system Pros: I like the ring central faxing and desktop application. Super simple to use and user friendly. Also like the phone options Cons: The system has bugs, I don’t like how you transfer phone calls with it, humming noice on some calls Overall: Not too bad. The system has flaws that I wish would be corrected

    RingCentral Pros: Easy to set up and implement team members through 1 central software and provided a number to be contacted which connects to our own mobile or office extension. Records all calls to go back an monitor as needed as well and voicemails left. An isn't expensive Cons: We have not had any issues with the software or it's functionality. Depending on how many lines you need it can get expensive but we have not found that to be a problem. Overall: Overall we have had a great experience with the software

    Easy communication tool Pros: We use this for weekly calls with out of office folks. The software is free under a certain amount of time for the call. Cons: Video performance could be better, sometimes there are issues with certain parties being able to hear the audio when there are many groups on the call. Overall: Overall a good product that works when it needs to.

    Good application but not getting much use out of it Pros: RingCentral is a well built application to manage desk phones for a small company. The forwarding to employee personal phone numbers while still maintaining a separate work phone number is great Cons: Nothing to not like about the software but unfortunately it seems that RingCentral is filling a need that is just less needed these days.     Love love love Pros: I really love the faxing feature! It is a life saver. All I have to do is scan a document to my email address from anywhere and I can fax. It automatically replies whether your fax was successful or not so you don't have to panic from not knowing if your fax made it to the sender. The second thing that I love about it is the chat feature. Everyone on the team can chat from anywhere, exchange documents, etc. I love it!     Lots of features - good value Pros: VOIP has come a long way in the past decade and we use RingCentral for everything. I love being able to easily book a teleconference when I'm booking a meeting through Outlook, and have it automatically reschedule as I make changes. Also the ability to use one phone number for voice, text, and fax at the office and on mobile. Cons: The messaging tool, Glip, is not as user-friendly as competitors (e.g. Skype, Messenger).     Equivalent alternatives exist at a significantly lower cost Pros: Reliable-- over three years of use the web based system did not have any notable downtime. Ease of use-- easy to implement our telephone map on the Ringcentral system. Cons: Customer service. Our company had three separate Ringcentral accounts. Sadly, after several years of using Ringcentral they changed their "pricing strategy" which doubled, and then tripled our monthly service charge-- although we did not change our business or the way we used the software.... read more

    Good experience with RingCentral Pros: RingCentral was easy to use and required very little training. The Video Conferencing was very easy to use. I like the fact that it was integrated into Outlook, this is a must-have. Cons: We also used the IP phone feature of Ring Central. It was more entailed to figure out how to use than the Video Conferencing. I would also like if it has a "Share Clean" option on the Video Conferencing.
