Flexible and Integrated business communication solution We use RingCentral as our primary communications/video/phone app suite. We were pleased with the project planning and integration to transition our agency to the RingCentral platform. It is great and has become even better because they integrated all three main apps into one (RingCentral Messaging, RingCentral Phone, and RingCentral Meetings).

Latest Features for Audio, Video, Messaging Ring Central Office I am using Ring central from past one year. We use Ring Central for our internal discussion and meetings etc. I like the features it provide. I use Ring central in my daily life it became a routine for me. We can integrate with 3rs party apps and get our task and life easier.
Wonderful RingCentral office for Communication. My overall experience has been superb with RingCentral Office. We can check Phone systems for phone number and phone & devices. We can see Assigned User, location, Type and Phone Number. We can foward call through phone systems. We can update IVR setting for particular ext. number. We can start Dial-By-Name Directory feature for call through Dail by name.
Product is okay, recommended for voice calling and not for video and screen sharing. We use this application for our UK based client calling and conferences. As per my experience, i can say its okay for audio calling, but doesn't prefer to use for video calling or conferences. It has a big lag in video while having video calling and also i dont recommend this for screen sharing as well. Product is okay, works for calling and not recommended for video and screen sharing. We use this tool for some of our client calls and as per my experience i think its not that standard compared to other calling tools we have in market. I use this once or twice in a week and even in that probability i noticed many connectivity issues and call interruption issues as well. Affordable global meetings/calling tool. Best quality of audio and good video quality. We have been using this since 9 months and its a best global meetings tool i ever used. Its has a good quality of calling and also a HD quality of video with standard internet connection. Easy to use just with a single click app. Go for it
Works for callings, not worth for video conferences as it has low resolution of video. We have used this application for 2 years and recently moved to Cisco product as most of our clients prefer that app. As per my past experience this RingCentral is good, but we have number of standards tool compared to this.
