"Good product with lotts of potential in the workplace" Overall: I use the program to communicate with leaders within my work industry. It's very useful.Pros: It brought a team from around the province together in a way other software's fail to accomplish.Cons: The software has the appearance of a social media software.

"A phone system for the future" Overall: Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with RingCentral, our number and system were set up in minutes and we easily added employees as we have grown.Pros: RingCentral's business communications platform integrates with other productivity-enhancing apps to create the ultimate business communications platform. Works with G Suite, Office 365, and many industry-leading CRMs.Cons: Contact management could definitely use some improvement, especially between desktop and mobile apps.

Was not able to fully use all the features, due to not porting my number over..Pros: Many options and functions Ability to customize your entire phone tree Easy routability for extensions.Cons: Too complicated for small business, not as phone savy. Too expensive for small business not wanting all those features.
