"Digital Calls at your fingertips" Overall: up until this month everything has been great, once we found out about price change our account rep contacted us about the price which was great on their part but they did nothing to try to keep us as a customer due to our company being a long term customer. "Good product.. Too expensive for small business esp compared to Google Voice" Overall: The trial was alright. Was not able to fully use all the features, due to not porting my number over..Pros: Many options and functions Ability to customize your entire phone tree Easy routability for extensions.Cons: Too complicated for small business, not as phone savy. Too expensive for small business not wanting all those features.
"Good support" Overall: Makes organizing our office very useful. Just need to learn more about how it's done.Pros: The support staff is very responsive, both by chat and phone call. They go above and beyond to help with any issue.Cons: It is very confusing to add a new line. Sometimes it seems like certain lines I purchased were not available for use. Very confusing sometimes.
"Great shared phone system! " Pros: Our team is able to share a phone number and assign who checks text and voicemails each day for our recruiting team.Cons: The way we are using the system, no one can answer the call as someone is calling, we always have to listen to the voicemail and call them back
"User friendly" Overall: I realized it is some much easier keeping in touch others by using this program.Pros: I also have the ring central app that allows me to fax from my phone as well as from my pc. I love that it is paperless.Cons: There is nothing that I do not like about this software. It is the best I have used by far. I will continue to use it.
"RingCentral for Non-Profits" Overall: RingCentral is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is not at their desk but needs to keep in contact with their staff and clients. It makes life easier.Pros: It was so nice to have my work number that would also go to my cell (different numbers). You can have employees or clients text and call you, and if you are not in the office you can use your cell phone to answer.Cons: It would have been nice to have a do not disturb function for the weekends/when you are not working.
"Gets the job done. " Pros: Fairly easy to use software. Several useful features.Cons: The call recording feature is pretty basic and could be more robust.
