Well Rounded Communication Service Implementation was well organized. Integrating multiple sites together within a single service has improved communication.
Audio interruption while using mobile network, over all its good and recommended. I can say its good, but we have many other best callings tools compared to this. In my earlier company we used to use RingCentral and as per my experience with it its good. It provides good audio quality while calling and sometimes it failed when we do video and audio at a time. Office Communications Platform Across Global Organization Our organization has employees in 3 different countries and multiple state and cities. Ring Central has allowed us to have a centralized communication platform for calls, conferencing, screen-sharing, IVR and texting. The softphone capabilities make it easy for employees to keep their extensions on them at all times, even when traveling or working from home.
Its not best, but okay. Can be used for callings/conference etc. Has Connectivity issues. I can its okay, but not good. I have used this for 1.5 years and did noticed some connectivity issues and also sometimes voice quality issues, might be it required high internet speed i guess. Best global connecting/meetings application with good navigations and affordable cost We use this daily to connect with our clients and also with our internal teams who are in other work stations. We have been using this almost since 3 years, we also suggested this meeting application to some of our clients as well. Great service for video conferencing and desk phones Its a great service with diverse capabilities. Their phone service has some great features like alternate number call forwarding, vacation mode. Video conferencing is another great tool which is widely used across various firms. The only complaint is that their app causes problems with mic and camera settings when using remote connection.
RingCentral allows a business to have a great solution without added complexity Have used this in two previous roles and rolled it out with my current position due to past experience. It is a great solution that is easy to get started with along with simple management.
Fantastic all in one product. Their product works very well. They are constantly making feature improvements and support all OS that we use.
Great service and uptime! Few re-occurring issues. Phone service as well as support has been outstanding! Also our customer service reps have been amazing to work with on everything from new orders and site builds to technical questions and invoicing issues. The only real issues we've been having as of late has been with the RingCentral meetings and audio conference lines having re-occuring issues. Support tickets are being opened for them.
