Good support Pros: The support staff is very responsive, both by chat and phone call. They go above and beyond to help with any issue. Cons: It is very confusing to add a new line. Sometimes it seems like certain lines I purchased were not available for use. Very confusing sometimes. Overall: Makes organizing our office very useful. Just need to learn more about how it's done.

Great shared phone system! Pros: Our team is able to share a phone number and assign who checks text and voicemails each day for our recruiting team. Cons: The way we are using the system, no one can answer the call as someone is calling, we always have to listen to the voicemail and call them back
User friendly Pros: I also have the ring central app that allows me to fax from my phone as well as from my pc. I love that it is paperless. Cons: There is nothing that I do not like about this software. It is the best I have used by far. I will continue to use it. Overall: I realized it is some much easier keeping in touch others by using this program.
RingCentral for Non-Profits Pros: It was so nice to have my work number that would also go to my cell (different numbers). You can have employees or clients text and call you, and if you are not in the office you can use your cell phone to answer. Cons: It would have been nice to have a do not disturb function for the weekends/when you are not working. Overall: RingCentral is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is not at their desk but needs to keep in contact with their staff and clients. It makes life easier.

Gets the job done! Pros: We use Ring Central I’m order to send faxes to our customers and their landlords. Though we don’t have to use it often (most of our communications happens via e-mail), it’s reliable and we’ve never had any issues! Cons: Aesthetically, I think the site could use a face lift, but it does everything that we need it to— not much to complain about! RingCentral Pros: I love that you can make calls from your cell Phone to clients without giving out your cell phone number. I also, love that everything is connected and easy to transfer. Cons: If internet goes out then you are without phones at the office.
Ring central is better than the other options! Pros: Ring central is a nice phone service that will allow you to virtually manage your phone systems. It is relatively intuitive. Cons: The implementation for this was rough. It was challenging to get it set up correctly, but once it was up an running, it works well.
