"Gets the job done!" Overall: Though communication had been shifting towards e-mail, it's great to have a way to connect with customers who still use things like fax machines to receive paperwork, especially without having to have that kind of outdated equipment on hand. "RingCentral" Pros: I love that you can make calls from your cell Phone to clients without giving out your cell phone number. I also, love that everything is connected and easy to transfer.Cons: If internet goes out then you are without phones at the office.
"Ring central is better than the other options!" Pros: Ring central is a nice phone service that will allow you to virtually manage your phone systems. It is relatively intuitive.Cons: The implementation for this was rough. It was challenging to get it set up correctly, but once it was up an running, it works well.

"mobil work phone on your personal cell" Overall: It was good. My company just wanted something a little cheaper, so we switched.Pros: Relatively easy to use. Can have it has an app on your computer which was nice if you don't want it on your personal cell.Cons: At the time it was not really suited for Mac computers. "Can't live without RingCentral" Overall: Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract. You won't go wrong with them.Pros: Our entire staff works out of the office the majority of the time and it is beyond convenient to have RingCentral at the helm.Cons: There's no real down side at all. If I had to pick something than I'd love it to be free but I know that's not practical.

"GReat tool but can be difficult at times" Overall: Overall its a great tool with a lot of features for the team.Pros: Very straightforward and allows you to manage several phones lines for my team. We also utilize their texting feature to help continue communication with clients while keeping the phone number consistent.Cons: Customer service is impossible to work with sometimes. You'll be on hold for at least an hour and be transferred around several times before resolving the issue.
"Very Solid and Does What it is Supposed To Do" Overall: Have been using it for several years and it does seem to get better as time goes on. It consistently works as it should and that's very important with a system like this.Pros: The messaging feature works well for communication within the office. The app seems to get better and better.Cons: There are times when we are trying to do something very simple and it ends up taking a lot of research and work to figure out how to accomplish it.
