A phone system for the future Pros: RingCentral's business communications platform integrates with other productivity-enhancing apps to create the ultimate business communications platform. Works with G Suite, Office 365, and many industry-leading CRMs. Cons: Contact management could definitely use some improvement, especially between desktop and mobile apps. Overall: Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with RingCentral, our number and system were set up in minutes and we easily added employees as we have grown.
Ring Central Pros: Easy to use/set up. Customer service is friendly and willing to assist with any questions etc you may have Cons: At the present time I cannot think of any dislikes about Ring Central. I never had an issue with using. Overall: Very satisfied. Definitely recommend to companies
A must for the separation of work and personal life Pros: I love the fact that you can completely separate your work life from your private one on the same device. Cons: There have been some great updates but I wish the text messages could be better filtered and I wish the application could be more customizable. great software! Pros: I like that it's basically like having a phone on the computer- all the features offered on ringcentral app are phenomenal. Cons: the thing i least like is that there are constant updates.
Digital Calls at your fingertips Pros: It's very user friendly, they have great customer service. Our company has their own account manager which happens to be very helpful. Cons: They recently increased their prices on lines with local numbers, the price did remain the same for digital lines so our bill is going to go up higher while other companies are offering better prices for the same services. Good support Pros: The support staff is very responsive, both by chat and phone call. They go above and beyond to help with any issue. Cons: It is very confusing to add a new line. Sometimes it seems like certain lines I purchased were not available for use. Very confusing sometimes. Overall: Makes organizing our office very useful. Just need to learn more about how it's done.

Great shared phone system! Pros: Our team is able to share a phone number and assign who checks text and voicemails each day for our recruiting team. Cons: The way we are using the system, no one can answer the call as someone is calling, we always have to listen to the voicemail and call them back
User friendly Pros: I also have the ring central app that allows me to fax from my phone as well as from my pc. I love that it is paperless. Cons: There is nothing that I do not like about this software. It is the best I have used by far. I will continue to use it. Overall: I realized it is some much easier keeping in touch others by using this program.
