Overall it's a great product. It's very convenient, on multiple platforms. The features covers all we need, chatting, group discussion, meeting, audio, video......
I enjoy all features of RingCentral except for the dislike mentioned above. The sound quality is great. Even when it's hard to hear the person on the other line, RingCentral still provides very quality hearing.

Good, but can always improve I have received quite a bit of feedback regarding the mobile capabilities of RC and, while mixed, there was more negative then positive regarding dropped calls bother internally and with external clients - this includes outgoing calls and meeting based calls.
Incredible customer service! The service and support team is amazing and I have yet to present them with a problem or concern that they haven't been able to resolve in one call. The wait times for customer service have never been too lengthy and the Ring Central team members are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the platform and genuinely care about the needs of their clients.

I love that you can also receive faxes and get voicemails too. I like how the look of the app is as well - it's very easy to navigate between calls and texts and the fact that I can download it on my phone, makes it a great way to be mobile and use it in all places.

Great product but mobile platform needs help Great for meetings and while connected in the office. Mobile platform is not near as great.
Softphones are a great substitute for Desk Phones. The ability of Ring Central is a great product that was quick to implement and once all the bugs were worked out fulfills our needs to a soft phone system.
