RingCentral for Non-Profits Pros: It was so nice to have my work number that would also go to my cell (different numbers). You can have employees or clients text and call you, and if you are not in the office you can use your cell phone to answer. Cons: It would have been nice to have a do not disturb function for the weekends/when you are not working. Overall: RingCentral is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is not at their desk but needs to keep in contact with their staff and clients. It makes life easier.
Gets the job done. Pros: Fairly easy to use software. Several useful features. Cons: The call recording feature is pretty basic and could be more robust.
Gets the job done! Pros: We use Ring Central I’m order to send faxes to our customers and their landlords. Though we don’t have to use it often (most of our communications happens via e-mail), it’s reliable and we’ve never had any issues! RingCentral Pros: I love that you can make calls from your cell Phone to clients without giving out your cell phone number. I also, love that everything is connected and easy to transfer. Cons: If internet goes out then you are without phones at the office.
Ring central is better than the other options! Pros: Ring central is a nice phone service that will allow you to virtually manage your phone systems. It is relatively intuitive. Cons: The implementation for this was rough. It was challenging to get it set up correctly, but once it was up an running, it works well.
IP Phones to Call any country with convenience Pros: It's a pretty straight forward application that lets you connect calls to anyone in any country as it uses internet for calling. Cons: Since it uses the internet for calling and during the call if you experience little slowness on the network then the calls get disconnected or you may face issues reconnecting the call again. mobil work phone on your personal cell Pros: Relatively easy to use. Can have it has an app on your computer which was nice if you don't want it on your personal cell. Cons: At the time it was not really suited for Mac computers. The company just wanted something a little cheaper, so we switched. Overall: It was good. Can't live without RingCentral Pros: Our entire staff works out of the office the majority of the time and it is beyond convenient to have RingCentral at the helm. Cons: There's no real down side at all. If I had to pick something than I'd love it to be free but I know that's not practical. Overall: Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract. You won't go wrong with them.
RingCentral is a must have for International Dialing Pros: I work for a company that has to dial all over the globe to generate leads, and I love using RingCentral to do just that. Easy to use, set up conferences, transfer and record calls. Cons: Different package levels can cause you to not be able to reach certain countries. Connection can sometimes be a problem as well.
