"Ring Central Office" Overall: This services offers the ability of caller to always be able to reach one of us.Pros: I like that this service forwards the calls to the different employees based on what the caller wants. "Ring Central - New VoIP Solution" Overall: We came from a very archaic platform, that did not give us any ability to report/integrate/etc. With Ring Central, we now have the insight and ease of use. "The first number I got previously belonged to an escort service." Overall: I am using RingCentral to have a "Work Number" on my mobile devices, so that I know when a call coming in is business and not a telemarketer or robocaller. "Easy to record calls" Overall: Since the beginning, it has been very easy to use and the few problems we had, the customer service has been amazing.Pros: for training purposes, we have to record calls from time to time and this software is being the easiest one to implement and also the easiest one to useCons: sometimes the recorded call is too big, and it doesn't upload automatically to the cloud, you have to do it manually.
