    "RingCentral has its problems but it's definitely worth using!" Overall: 8/10 recommend!!!Pros: I like the ease of use with this software. I am able to easily access meetings and dial 100+ outbound calls without having to spend too much time dialing the actual number. Ringcentral populates a phone icon next to anything that resembles a # making my life far too easyCons: I don't like that so many calls cut in and out/lag.     "The first number I got previously belonged to an escort service." Overall: I am using RingCentral to have a "Work Number" on my mobile devices, so that I know when a call coming in is business and not a telemarketer or robocaller. It is somewhat unclear, as a user and non-admin, where I can and can't make calls from. It seems that I cannot make calls from my computer at all, but I'm fine to make them on my phone.     "Easy to record calls" Overall: Since the beginning, it has been very easy to use and the few problems we had, the customer service has been amazing.Pros: for training purposes, we have to record calls from time to time and this software is being the easiest one to implement and also the easiest one to useCons: sometimes the recorded call is too big, and it doesn't upload automatically to the cloud, you have to do it manually. If those two small things are resolved, this could be the best software in the market

    "Great Platform for Meetings" Overall: We use this for meetings and screen sharing. It is a great platform that employees find simple to use. We hold conference calls internally and externally using it.Pros: I like that is is user friendly and simple to use. We use it for meetings and I like that you can share the info in a platform that works on your mobile device as well as your computer.Cons: It's another app on my phone so it does take up space.

    "Solid" Overall: Overall, this is solid system that is improving every year. I would like to see the mobile app experience more refined but it's a nice VOIP for the money.Pros: They do constantly update the platform. RingCentral has a lot of integrations with other platforms which is very convenient. The pricing is a bit high but they do give a lot of bang for your buck.Cons: It can be glitchy when trying to answer calls from your mobile phone.

    "RingCentral Review" Overall: I am having all calls processed through my mobile phone while using the app. The technology provides many options and features that can be very beneficial. I appreciate the simplicity of the system but am having issues with the quality of the line.     "Good VoIP Solution" Overall: The service quality is reasonably good. Wouldn't be my first choice for this type of service.Pros: They have a really good customer support team. When challenges did arise they had competent people to fix the issues.Cons: The auto-renewal on the contracts and billing department somehow didn't get the memo that good customer service is a priority.

    "Flexible and feature-rich" Overall: This has been a pleasant experience. They worked with us to trial the program, and once we decided to purchase - they worked with us every step of the way. There was no hard sales push, they didn't try to force a bunch of add-ons.     "A good alternative to Slack for your team" Overall: Overall, it's been a solid experience, sometimes the call quality can be a bit hit or miss but overall it's a solid application and service for our company.Pros: RingCentral was easy to setup in our organization and allows the company to communicate internally without loading each others inboxes.
