"I prefer to use my cellphone" Overall: Customer service is horrible. We get a lot of robo calls with the phone numbers given to us by Ring Central but I guess we deal with that by using our cell phones also. The good thing is you can block the calls. I like their desktop function and being able to automatically forward calls during certain times. "Best phone service we have used" Overall: I have been very happy with the service, I love the app version so if I have to step out of the office I can still take calls.Pros: I like how streamlined the service is. The app works perfectly, we have used other services and we had trouble with the app and we have never had a problem using the desktop or app versions.Cons: I feel that changing voicemail is a little complicated but once you get the hang of it, it is easier. "Love this phone software" Overall: My overall experience would be great. I have not had any issues with the software so farPros: I like how RingCentral allowers users to get a private phone number without a having a hefty bill. It makes calling so much easier when you do not want to use your personal number.Cons: I do not think that I have any cons about this software. "Automatic Call Recording - Review" Overall: - it was an excellent experience with Automatic Call RecordingPros: - the Automatic Call Recording feature in Ring Central is one of the valuable and key features - the on-demand and automatic recording features are available based on the use case we can use them as needed - the recordings are automatically stored onlineCons: - the call recordings are only stored for 90 days, this can be improved
"Perfect for this day and age " Pros: The ability to make phone calls from the same number, anywhere in the world. Each user also has their own personal conference line.Cons: Reception was not always the most clear, but perhaps that was the phone service itself, not the software.
"RingCentral Review" Pros: We initially started using RingCentral to replace our old phone system with a VoIP system. It was easy to implement and worked well. Over the years we started taking advantage of the other features it has, including the smartphone app and the Glip collaboration software as well as audio and video conferencing.Cons: Not much to dislike. It's not the cheapest VoIP system but due to the other added benefits it is worth the price for us.
"Great customer service!" Pros: The customer service is amazing!! Getting everything set up was a bit of a crazy day in our office but the customer service throughout the whole thing has been amazing! Worth it for the amazing customer service!!Cons: The biggest down fall is how overly complicated the software is.
"Awesome product!" Overall: I don't know how we lived without this before. Great product.Pros: Multiple lines, multiple locations, multiple supported devices--RingCentral really is a huge help for our communications department. Everything syncs, and we never have dropped calls.Cons: Coming from 9 years of using landlines, this is a huge upgrade for us. Brings all of your communications together, and things don't fall through the cracks like they used to.
"Great for voice messaging, call forwarding, etc." Overall: More connected to the office as my office line can forward to my cell. Easy app to access voicemail and messages from anywhere.Pros: Easy to use app and desktop features, also seamless call-forwarding to my cell when out of the office. Can send and receive texts as well.Cons: The one confusing thing is the multiple apps that can be used for essentially the same thing. sometimes less is more
