GReat tool but can be difficult at times Pros: Very straightforward and allows you to manage several phones lines for my team. We also utilize their texting feature to help continue communication with clients while keeping the phone number consistent. Cons: Customer service is impossible to work with sometimes. You'll be on hold for at least an hour and be transferred around several times before resolving the issue. Overall: Overall its a great tool with a lot of features for the team.
Very Solid and Does What it is Supposed To Do Pros: The messaging feature works well for communication within the office. The app seems to get better and better. Cons: There are times when we are trying to do something very simple and it ends up taking a lot of research and work to figure out how to accomplish it. Overall: Have been using it for several years and it does seem to get better as time goes on. It consistently works as it should and that's very important with a system like this.
RingCentral Is more complicated and more expensive over time. Pros: Everything is in the cloud! The app logins for individual users proved invaluable when away from the office. In theory this software should be fantastic. Cons: Constant issues in relation to software updates. For whatever reason Ringcentral seems to be modifying their software, but not simplifying it. Ring Central Office Pros: I like that this service forwards the calls to the different employees based on what the caller wants. If they select maintenance, that call is forwarded directly to my cell phone. Cons: Sometimes calls are routed to me that should go to another employee Overall: This services offers the ability of caller to always be able to reach one of us.
Highly responsive customer service Pros: It is easy to use and administer. We use this sytem for agents that provide Service Management and other users in the company. We have a combination of soft and deskphones that meets all needs. The RingCentral App and the fax features are the favorites amongst users. It is HIPAA compliant and the customer service is stellar. Best VoIP system out there Pros: Ringcentral seamlessly integrates across their desk phone, mobile, and computer platforms. Our attorneys are constantly on the go and this helps them stay connected from wherever they are. Using the mobile platforms they are able to connect to their phone to make and receive calls just like they are at their desk. RingCentral has its problems but it's definitely worth using! Pros: I like the ease of use with this software. I am able to easily access meetings and dial 100+ outbound calls without having to spend too much time dialing the actual number.
