RC has tons of features and functionality that we needed and seems to be a great fit. Phones are simple to program and install. Many features and functions to choose from for system-wide settings. The implementation has been easy so far. We are about 50% completed with the project and I am pleased with the results.
Outstanding Service! We were able to make a clean switch to Ring Central with zero downtime and no hiccups thanks to the amazing work of their implementation team. The product has enabled our users to be more mobile and their deep integration into our other systems has increased our teams efficiency. The support is top notch and what I love most is they are still constantly looking for customer feedback to make the system and support even better, which is rare to find in a service provider.
RingCentral Office helped bring a single phone system to our global users. Globally RingCentral office has worked well for our organization. Deploying in countries such as China is complex and expensive, but also within the capabilities of the platform.

Customer focused, flip your telephony to the cloud with confidence. Excellent product and service focus, made stronger by the account teams 'leadership by example'. We like the flexibility and the ability to adjust approach when needed. Would like to see more coverage in APAC but that too is coming. The innovation here is head and shoulders above , focused on quality and the customer experience.
