    Good VoIP Solution Pros: They have a really good customer support team. When challenges did arise they had competent people to fix the issues. Cons: The auto-renewal on the contracts and billing department somehow didn't get the memo that good customer service is a priority. Overall: The service quality is reasonably good. Wouldn't be my first choice for this type of service.

    A good alternative to Slack for your team Pros: RingCentral was easy to setup in our organization and allows the company to communicate internally without loading each others inboxes. Messaging and using the ringcentral app for calls has made it easy to compartmentalize work communications into one place. Cons: I think RingCentral should stick to calling and messaging versus trying to further spread itself out into a task management tool.     I prefer to use my cellphone Pros: You don't have to use your own phone number. You can have calls forwarded to you. Cons: So many dropped calls, a lot of robo calls, it is very expensive. Overall: Customer service is horrible. We get a lot of robo calls with the phone numbers given to us by Ring Central but I guess we deal with that by using our cell phones also. The good thing is you can block the calls. I like their desktop function and being able to automatically forward calls during certain times. Other than that I wish... read more

    Best phone service we have used Pros: I like how streamlined the service is. The app works perfectly, we have used other services and we had trouble with the app and we have never had a problem using the desktop or app versions. Cons: I feel that changing voicemail is a little complicated but once you get the hang of it, it is easier. There are many different options which are great because you have a regular voicemail and after hours.     Love this phone software Pros: I like how RingCentral allowers users to get a private phone number without a having a hefty bill. It makes calling so much easier when you do not want to use your personal number. Cons: I do not think that I have any cons about this software. RingCentral is very convient for me when having to call other clients Overall: My overall experience would be great. I have not had any issues with the software so far

    Automatic Call Recording - Review Pros: - the Automatic Call Recording feature in Ring Central is one of the valuable and key features - the on-demand and automatic recording features are available based on the use case we can use them as needed - the recordings are automatically stored online Cons: - the call recordings are only stored for 90 days, this can be improved Overall: - it was an excellent experience with Automatic Call Recording

    Perfect for this day and age Pros: The ability to make phone calls from the same number, anywhere in the world. Each user also has their own personal conference line. Cons: Reception was not always the most clear, but perhaps that was the phone service itself, not the software.

    RingCentral Review Pros: We initially started using RingCentral to replace our old phone system with a VoIP system. It was easy to implement and worked well. Over the years we started taking advantage of the other features it has, including the smartphone app and the Glip collaboration software as well as audio and video conferencing. Cons: Not much to dislike. It's not the cheapest VoIP system but due to the other added benefits it is worth the price for us.
