    RingCentral has its problems but it's definitely worth using! Pros: I like the ease of use with this software. I am able to easily access meetings and dial 100+ outbound calls without having to spend too much time dialing the actual number. Ringcentral populates a phone icon next to anything that resembles a # making my life far too easy Cons: I don't like that so many calls cut in and out/lag.     Decent Pros: UI is pretty good, ease of use is pretty decent Cons: Not the best onboarding experience or use across devices, confusion across different products

    Easy to record calls Pros: for training purposes, we have to record calls from time to time and this software is being the easiest one to implement and also the easiest one to use Cons: sometimes the recorded call is too big, and it doesn't upload automatically to the cloud, you have to do it manually. If those two small things are resolved, this could be the best software in the market Overall: Since the beginning, it has been very easy to use and the few problems we had, the customer service has been amazing.

    Great Platform for Meetings Pros: I like that is is user friendly and simple to use. We use it for meetings and I like that you can share the info in a platform that works on your mobile device as well as your computer. Cons: It's another app on my phone so it does take up space. Overall: We use this for meetings and screen sharing. It is a great platform that employees find simple to use. We hold conference calls internally and externally using it.

    Solid Pros: They do constantly update the platform. RingCentral has a lot of integrations with other platforms which is very convenient. The pricing is a bit high but they do give a lot of bang for your buck. Cons: It can be glitchy when trying to answer calls from your mobile phone. Overall: Overall, this is solid system that is improving every year. I would like to see the mobile app experience more refined but it's a nice VOIP for the money.

    RingCentral Review Pros: I like the fact I can keep my numbers and be anywhere in the world. I can fax and receive a fax without a fax machine. I like the running history of my calls and being able to save important calls in my client notes. Cons: I don't like the quality of the line. I am having problems with the line skipping in mid conversation where my client cannot hear me. Sometimes, when a call is being received, it doesn't ring my phone.     Good VoIP Solution Pros: They have a really good customer support team. When challenges did arise they had competent people to fix the issues. Cons: The auto-renewal on the contracts and billing department somehow didn't get the memo that good customer service is a priority. Overall: The service quality is reasonably good. Wouldn't be my first choice for this type of service.

    A good alternative to Slack for your team Pros: RingCentral was easy to setup in our organization and allows the company to communicate internally without loading each others inboxes. Messaging and using the ringcentral app for calls has made it easy to compartmentalize work communications into one place. Cons: I think RingCentral should stick to calling and messaging versus trying to further spread itself out into a task management tool.
