Ringcentral is a great application to join meeting from remote Its a great device for the support team in any organization which also as softphone facility which allows you to take call and make the call from remote. It as many other features like SSO to connect app.
Implementation is good, some process documentation would be helpful. Customer Service allows us to give input, and they are mostly quick to resolve issues. Some kinks along the way in the process, but we worked together to come to conclusions or resolutions.
Anyone can use it! RingCentral has become our go-to communications software within the organization and with our customers. It provides verious options to connect like dial in number, meeting link for web browser or thru the app.
So far, so good with a large global implementation. We are a few months into our global deployment of RC Office. We have turned up 10 offices so far and it has been a good overall experience. As with any project of this size and scope, there have been issues, but I have been impressed with Ring's commitment to iterative improvement and willingness to bring the right resources to bear that will ensure success.
Best UCaaS platform on the market today, feature rich. Easy to deploy and administer. The experience has been great. Some of the minor issues we ran into deployment were not caused by RC but it was more on some of our current processed that we needed to update.
RingCentral Office must use very good application for the meeting. We can quickly setup a meeting with anyone even if it is not installed in a system user can run the temporary application and directly join a meeting in a minute
