Love this phone software Pros: I like how RingCentral allowers users to get a private phone number without a having a hefty bill. It makes calling so much easier when you do not want to use your personal number. Cons: I do not think that I have any cons about this software. RingCentral is very convient for me when having to call other clients Overall: My overall experience would be great. I have not had any issues with the software so far

Perfect for this day and age Pros: The ability to make phone calls from the same number, anywhere in the world. Each user also has their own personal conference line. Cons: Reception was not always the most clear, but perhaps that was the phone service itself, not the software.
RingCentral Review Pros: We initially started using RingCentral to replace our old phone system with a VoIP system. It was easy to implement and worked well. Over the years we started taking advantage of the other features it has, including the smartphone app and the Glip collaboration software as well as audio and video conferencing. Cons: Not much to dislike. It's not the cheapest VoIP system but due to the other added benefits it is worth the price for us.
Great customer service! Pros: The customer service is amazing!! Getting everything set up was a bit of a crazy day in our office but the customer service throughout the whole thing has been amazing! Worth it for the amazing customer service!! Cons: The biggest down fall is how overly complicated the software is.
Great for voice messaging, call forwarding, etc. Pros: Easy to use app and desktop features, also seamless call-forwarding to my cell when out of the office. Can send and receive texts as well. Cons: The one confusing thing is the multiple apps that can be used for essentially the same thing. sometimes less is more Overall: More connected to the office as my office line can forward to my cell. Easy app to access voicemail and messages from anywhere.
Awesome product! Pros: Multiple lines, multiple locations, multiple supported devices--RingCentral really is a huge help for our communications department. Everything syncs, and we never have dropped calls. Cons: Coming from 9 years of using landlines, this is a huge upgrade for us. Brings all of your communications together, and things don't fall through the cracks like they used to. Overall: I don't know how we lived without this before. Great product.
Easy to use! Pros: This product is great, and the mobile app is so easy to use Cons: It does work better on data rather than wifi. Overall: We have been using ringcentral for over 2 years for our meetings and such. It is so easy to use and communicate with!
Good system Pros: I like this product. It is easy to use and has many additional features. I really like the call log feature Cons: Sometimes this set up can be a bit difficult and if you are incorporating a headset or doing something like that it definitely can be confusing Overall: Overall this is a good product and can be used immediately
