Great Phone System Pros: I love how easy this is to use. The functions are great!! Cons: Being able to answer all lines would help greatly. Overall: Great system for a small business.
Great VoIP options Pros: It's easy to use, make calls, check messages and sound quality is great Cons: utilize mainly as phone line, not sure how great the reports are, but that hasn't really been an issue to this point.
Product may need a few upgrades Pros: Access thru the internet and the online page for voicemail screening. Cons: The training provided may need a little reboot or at least the updates to the phones would be helpful.

RingCentral Office: A Handy Tool for Communication Pros: I liked that you can easily send group text alerts to selected individuals or clients. Cons: What I enjoyed the least was the outdated interface of the software. Overall: My overall experience with the product was positive. It was easy to use but seemed somewhat outdated, but included many important office features.
Great Solution For Remote Meetings Pros: Very easy to set up and use. Easy to give presentations from a host computer with little to no lag time. This a great choice for remote meetings and/or training. Cons: There can be an "echo" effect if 2 users are utilizing the software in close proximity.
Drowning in complexity Pros: There is a LOT of functionality if you are willing to put up with the hassles of configuring and using it. Cons: Web interface is unintuitive and fragmented. 2 factor authentication is unreliable. Overall: I signed up with RingCentral many years ago. At that time, their web interface for managing call trees and routing was user friendly and reasonably intuitive. Keeps our office flowing flawlessly Pros: This system keeps our office moving and shaking. We seamlessly use this system for everything from conference calls to SMS messages. I can not say enough good things! Cons: Some of the features have a bit of a learning curve
Great phone and PC app Pros: My company uses this product to communicate internally and externally, the app makes it easy to use even on my mobile phone! Great product Cons: Great product but would like to see the PC app laid out a little better, like a delete button for messages.
