"Good tool for VOIP" Pros: Ease of use. It is very easy to get connected and start using. Everytime I get a new voicemail, I love how it sends it as an email. The online and mobile are are also great to log in and manage your voicemails. It also translates them in real time so you can read them instead of listen.Cons: As a sales rep I wish I could change my number to anything I wanted. They do have a feature to help you pick from other numbers but I wish I could automatically localize my number.
"A Great Option for a Work Phone System" Pros: I've used RingCentral for over 8 years now and the app keeps getting better with each update. I like having all my calls, texts and faxes in one place.Cons: Trying to generate month-end reports of phone calls isn't as easy as it should be.
"Nice internet phone tool" Pros: I love the desktop app, I can use my phone with only my computer and bluetooth headset!Cons: Sometimes it has issues with the audio and detecting headset/mic.
"Perfect electronic fax solution" Pros: We've been using RingCentral for a few years now, and it couldn't be easier for sending and receiving electronic faxes. It's nice to have the option of having the pdf attached in an email as well.Cons: I have no criticisms of this software solution.
"Simple software" Pros: This is easy to use desktop, mobile app, and web extensions. It makes wireless calling easy and the ability to text and answer calls via mobile when you're not in the office all day.Cons: Every time we need a new number/phone line, it is always a very long, exhausting time on the phone with customer service to set up the new line.
"RingCentral Review " Pros: I love that RingCentral is accessible across several platforms. Text messages to office lines get emailed and can also be accessed on the App so we are never out of touch with our candidates.Cons: Call transfers are not entirely too reliable but other than that the software works wonderfully!

"All around solution" Overall: The experience thus far has been great, we have not experienced any outages. Another selling point was the integration of Ring Central Rooms which powers all of our conference rooms and is a really great tool.Pros: It includes all form of communication: Messaging with Glip, Video conferencing, and standard audio calls.Cons: A large meeting license (100 or more users on a meeting) is static and cannot dynamically move between accounts.
"Good product, not as good service" Overall: I helped implement RingCentral in my current position, it was not worth the money. We had way too many issues since the beginning with the installation and their customer support team was not responsive AT ALL. They made us wait in line for hours to not even solve our issues at the end. The app by itself is great but to completely use all features you need more than one app and it gets confusing, not to say annoying and space consuming.
