As a UCaaS, the RingCentral product is great. RC support and their Contact Centre isn't. As a UCaaS, RingCentral works really well and did what was expected of it. Project Management and support was somewhat lacking though

Flexible and empowering Ringcentral has offered flexibility that we could offer with our previous system. Work from home during covid enabled our business to continue as planned.
