RingCentral has some of the best phone and meeting solutions available on the market and they continue to work diligently to make their product better. Their support team is always available, and always helpful. They take customer input seriously and consult customers on how they can improve their product and deliver on those requests as fast as they can.
Migration Seamless, Training Beneficial & Product Robust & Reliable Overall, the product has been well received and reliable. The product has had some issues with performance and reliability with international customers but the technical support has been very helpful and responsive.
Little bit of time for a setup, but then works great once that is complete. Took a little bit of work up front, but once it was setup it has been fairly smooth sailing. Definitely have no complaints and would recommend this to others.
