RingCentral Review Pros: I love that RingCentral is accessible across several platforms. Text messages to office lines get emailed and can also be accessed on the App so we are never out of touch with our candidates. Cons: Call transfers are not entirely too reliable but other than that the software works wonderfully!
RingCentral Pros: If you log into your account you have the ability to manage call forwarding numbers, review your call log and even listen to voicemails. Great features! Cons: The mobile application could use some work.
All around solution Pros: It includes all form of communication: Messaging with Glip, Video conferencing, and standard audio calls. Cons: A large meeting license (100 or more users on a meeting) is static and cannot dynamically move between accounts. Overall: The experience thus far has been great, we have not experienced any outages. Another selling point was the integration of Ring Central Rooms which powers all of our conference rooms and is a really great tool.
Great support Pros: The customer support is great. They have always been so helpful every time I need help with our set up. Cons: There were a few rough patches when we got set up, but we got through it.
RingCentral Pros: RingCentral is a good phone software for our office. Cons: RingCentral makes it difficult to find fax messages.
Should Have Started my Business with Ring Central Pros: Intuitive web portal for configuring VoIP system. Custom fax pages. Great mobile and softphone apps. Cons: Haven't really stumbled upon any weaknesses. Maybe the need to call support when I couldn't figure out how to set something up myself? Hasn't happened often and support has always been great.
Great Product! Pros: This program is so user friendly even a child could use it. The fax out service allows you to send fax directly from your email, or you can use the desktop or app portal and send it the traditional way. Notifications come directly to your email, so you just open the PDF and view, or you can save to file. Another great option is the HIPPA compliance feature. Great option for small office! Pros: Easy to use and customer service is always helpful. Great app for your mobile phone. Cons: Would be great if pricing was a bit better. However, still less expensive than a traditional land line.
1 spot solution... Pros: I just love the clarity of the recorded audio and the date/time - wise access to the recorded audio s amazing. Helps me in barging calls during training and quality sessions. Cons: Additional money to be paid for the recording feature A bit expensive than the new competitors. Overall: During training freshers for the RPO process, RingCentral helps me a lot to play sample calls for the trainees. I am loving this product.
