An excellent cloud based telephony and office solution. Ring Central is a great platform which has nice VoIP solutions. Quite easy to set up and adoption is a breeze. With the soft phone, you can make and recieve calls from anywhere. not just computer but even your cellphone. Call failure is rare and much easy to set up meetings.
Good cloud solution with nice features Big benefit of using RingCentral is the recorded lines. its important for business to have the customer call recorded and also good for recording team meetings/sessions. It allows to easily search the content as well. recordings can be saved on computer.
Ring Central Review Ring central is our companies goto software IP phone system. We use it mainly for conference calls and screen sharing abilities for many of our out of the office employees
Ringcentral is more than just VOIP. It comes with Glip, which is an amazing tool. Ringcentral gives us more than just VOIP service. We can transfer calls easily, see who is in park, etc, but it also comes with Glip, an instant messaging platform that also allows you to transfer documents, keep track of projects, loop people in from outside of our organization, etc. Glip is something I rely on heavily.
Very quickly simplified our complex telephony systems. Great Product, very knowledgeable support staff that made the project run very smoothly helping to bring 17 remote sites onto the same system.
My favorite VoIP software! Great tool for all of your video / voice calling needs. Allows VoIP calls from your computer or phone wherever you are with excellent quality. Easy to use on both computer and mobile devices.
The operational success enjoyed on the Ring platform is a game changer Telephone services and solutions work fantastically well. Video meeting capabilities are intuitive and solid. Fax needs some work but the hope is to one day eradicate faxing!
