"Great phone option" Overall: Very functional and has lots of features.Pros: I like the features and functionality. I like that you can easily switch calls from your desk phone to your cell phone.Cons: It took a bit of time to get used to everything on the front end. I think more training offerings would help.
"we use Ringcentral for faxing " Pros: Yes, there are people who still want to send and receive faxes. Rather than tie up a phone line, use Ring Central's fax service. It makes sending a fax quick and perfectly painless. The confirmation emails are useful. Ringcentral is also a great value. Multiple users in the office are able to share the service.Cons: Really nothing to dislike.. .. once in a while it does seem like the recipient's fax machine recognizes the fax as a junk fax and blocks it, but this is rare.
"Takes some set up but works well." Pros: I love that you can text through the phone app, look up anyone's extension, pick favorites you call all the time, select the tone you have when people are calling in, and pick up voicemails right from your computer. And I love that you can do most of that from the phone app as well. Also very cool that you can fax from your computer as well using your own line. "Awesome for automating the dialing process " Overall: As a sales rep, I'm able to make so many more calls in a day thanks to this tool. I used to work for a company that didn't have anything like it and we picked up the phone every time - we would handle about 1/4 of the amount of calls I make in this job.Pros: That I don't have to dial the customers' numbers, ever again. "RingCentral is GREAT" Pros: Years of working with RC and we could not be happier, they only get better and betterCons: Usually if I think there is an issue it turns out to be my internet connection, so nothing bad.

"Difficult to troubleshoot " Overall: Ring Central is a great way to call/ text clients, keeping business separate from a personal number. However, the system can be difficult to get set-up and requires that you have fast internet if you want to avoid using cell phone minutes to make calls.Pros: The two things I really like about Ring Central is 1) the ability to use it either on their mobile app or 2) on the computer. "Easy Faux Office Line to Use" Pros: I like that I can have an official office line as an app on my phone. It is easy to use and you can even text from the number, so that is a great option.Cons: What I don't like is that if this line rings on my app, it will interrupt me completely if I happen to be on my cell phone line and there is no way to decline the call or prevent interruption. Because of that I have to keep the Ring Central line on Do Not Disturb all the time.
"Ring Ring" Pros: Decent platform with a good amount of features.Cons: Can be pricey for most users. Sometimes difficult to use.
