Smooth Implementation, Reliable and Scalable Implementation was very smooth, Extremely responsive at this phase. Uptime has been great. Usability great. Only negative from our implementation is probably around ongoing service and support. Sometimes issues, particular around billing need to be escalated. This is only minor and overall would still rate very highly.

Here, we use it for all telephony functionalities. While setting it up, we had the best customer guide from their team. Ring Central is the App to get for your company Like it very much I'm still trying to learn about it and faxing and receiving emails and setting up meeting etc. Over all I like it when I can call in to my phone from another number to get my messages.
