Usage is easy, but having clients download the program is a pain. It often won't start up until I update it, which is frustrating when I'm trying to get on a call. However, it's convenient that there's a google chrome extension which makes it easy to schedule larger meetings. I also don't like that I have to ask my clients to download a separate program rather than one that could just connect through the browser.
