Great software Pros: I love the fact that I can still receive calls on the company line regardless of where I am. Cons: There is nothing I dislike about this software. Great functionality and great platform.
Difficult to troubleshoot Pros: The two things I really like about Ring Central is 1) the ability to use it either on their mobile app or 2) on the computer. I also like that I can have the calls run through my personal so I can answer work calls even when I am away from my computer. It also allows me to text client via a local number. Easy Faux Office Line to Use Pros: I like that I can have an official office line as an app on my phone. It is easy to use and you can even text from the number, so that is a great option. Cons: What I don't like is that if this line rings on my app, it will interrupt me completely if I happen to be on my cell phone line and there is no way to decline the call or prevent interruption. Because of that I have to keep the Ring Central line on Do Not Disturb all the time.

Very Cost Effecient Way to Provide Seamless Phone Service for Local and Remote Employees Pros: RingCentral was very easy to setup for our local office as well as remote employees. We mainly went with RingCentral for this functionality. I could order and ship a phone to a remote employee or set up a phone number for remote employee without them needing a phone and all they would have to do is plug in the phone or log in to RingCentral to get going. The devil is in the details Pros: Call quality is fine. Tier 1 support tries as best as they can. Cons: The sales team will promise you the moon in order to get your signature on the dotted line, but once they have you, there are headaches. Quoted price nearly doubled with "fees", provisioning workflow is not intuitive, and time is wasted on the phone with support for what should be a basic admin task. Feel nickle and dimed for features promised before signing (i.e. saml)
Replaces our traditional phone line Pros: It's much cheaper than our AT&T service and allows for far more customization than the traditional land line could possibly do. If you are still using a regular landline, you are missing out. Cons: Sometimes the customer service just reads a script so it may be frustrating.
