Fair overall. Is a great tool for internal meetings and messaging. The main issue with the program is that it deters the abilities to reach to clients. Although for internal messaging and meetings it meets standards you would expect, reaching out to external contacts not within the company is where this service falls incredibly short.

Ring Central is highly recommended for businesses Ring Central is user friendly. It's a great tool. Pre-covid I only used it to send and receive faxes. After Covid it was helpful to receive and make calls on my smart phone since I had to work from home.
