Great Product You don't miss important phone calls Pros: When all the staff is on the phone or with a customer, we do not miss important phone calls. Cons: No cons. When phones are busy it steps in like another employee. Overall: It is a great product. We had so many messages over the Holiday weekend.
RingCentral Pros: Very easy to use. No need to waste paper on fax machine, everything just comes through and can be downloaded right to the computer. Cons: Sometimes the fax number does not work but I don't think this has to do with RingCentral Overall: As a company trying to go paperless, RingCentral goes a long way. Many companies still require fax, but by using this app, we don't need a printing fax machine. Love just being able to download it to the computer to attach to emails or print if necessary.
Great phone option Pros: I like the features and functionality. I like that you can easily switch calls from your desk phone to your cell phone. Cons: It took a bit of time to get used to everything on the front end. I think more training offerings would help. Overall: Very functional and has lots of features.
we use Ringcentral for faxing Pros: Yes, there are people who still want to send and receive faxes. Rather than tie up a phone line, use Ring Central's fax service. It makes sending a fax quick and perfectly painless. The confirmation emails are useful. Ringcentral is also a great value. Multiple users in the office are able to share the service. Cons: Really nothing to dislike.. .. once in a while it does seem like the recipient's fax machine recognizes the fax as a junk fax and blocks it, but this is rare.
Takes some set up but works well. Pros: I love that you can text through the phone app, look up anyone's extension, pick favorites you call all the time, select the tone you have when people are calling in, and pick up voicemails right from your computer. And I love that you can do most of that from the phone app as well. Also very cool that you can fax from your computer as well using your own line. Helpful and friendly customer service as well. Awesome for automating the dialing process Pros: That I don’t have to dial the customers’ numbers, ever again. For a high call volume job (sales, professional services, support) it’s so crucial. Integrates with our CRM - makes my day so much easier and I can focus on reaching more people than admin work. Cons: That it doesn’t let me do the same for texting. And that sometimes it lags. RingCentral is GREAT Pros: Years of working with RC and we could not be happier, they only get better and better Cons: Usually if I think there is an issue it turns out to be my internet connection, so nothing bad.
Great software Pros: I love the fact that I can still receive calls on the company line regardless of where I am. Cons: There is nothing I dislike about this software. Great functionality and great platform.
Difficult to troubleshoot Pros: The two things I really like about Ring Central is 1) the ability to use it either on their mobile app or 2) on the computer. I also like that I can have the calls run through my personal so I can answer work calls even when I am away from my computer. It also allows me to text client via a local number.
