Very quickly simplified our complex telephony systems. Great Product, very knowledgeable support staff that made the project run very smoothly helping to bring 17 remote sites onto the same system.
RingCentral Overall, Ringcental has a reliable product with excellent customer service and technical support, though that's when you're able to navigate your way to the right person and the right department. Honestly I've found the most difficult thing working with Ringcentral is how convoluted their admin portal is. RingCentral is a great, stable and easy to use conferencing tool for virtual teams RingCentral is an amazing tool for communication. I have a virtual team and I use it everyday. Our team is based in 6 locations around the globe and our team meetings haven’t been easier thanks to RingCentral. Everyone in the call could also share slides and present while the rest of the team can still see the speaker image. I believe it is easier to engage and understand the information delivered during the call.
Ringcentral Features are great but quality sometimes has issues. Support is very good and they update the service often. Ringcentral meetings app is very good and overall cost is fair. Implementation is very smooth
Easy implementation, reasonable prices for HIPAA compliant service. Setup was easy for simple functionality. Call queue and personal call setting conflicts can be confusing to manage. Call quality is often mediocre. HIPAA compliant service version is well prices.
Ring Central is just your basic dialer. My overall experience with ring central is not that good. They do not provide quality telephony service. Integrations are not that much available.
Ring Central integrates chat, phone, meetings and video. Pretty good! A great and feature-rich product. Everything is on cloud and comes with the ease of implementation and usage.
Great inexpensive product that allows you flexibility in your work. Great product that let's you work mobile and you won't have to have multiple phones. Also, i love how it allows you to get text voicemails.
Easy to use system! It's a great system! Easy to use, and gets the job done. My only recommendation would be to have the opportunity to record outbound calls.
