"RingCentral Office Review" Overall: Love it!Pros: RingCentral is what we use for calls at work. It's great and easy to use for making and receiving calls. It sorts out your log and you can easily check a certain call you had and listen to it, since everything is recorded. It's easy to transfer calls from, do conference calls, and parking the call is a great feature we use when it's so busy and we need to pick up calls on queue. "Reliable VIOP " Overall: I use it for every demo call, always works. It is my go to when I have a customer to call.Pros: Easy to use and very reliable. Always works, never had issues with it. It is the gold standard when it comes to VIOP. The connection is always solid and the sound is great.Cons: It would be great if it had a texting features inside the messenger. The interface could be revamped and updated.

"Not Too Bad If You're Not Too Busy" Pros: RingCentral's phones are pretty intuitive and easy to use!Cons: The accompanying app is way too difficult to navigate. Apart from that, we lose connectivity to RingCentral's servers several times a day. Every time that happens we waste a minute rebooting the phones.
"Take meetings to another level! " Pros: It's very convenient for our team to hold meetings with our offshore team and collaborate on projects by being able to share screens and have multiple people join the call.Cons: They could update the UI/UX to make it more modern.
"Why would anyone have a desk phone with RingCentral available?" Pros: Absolutely loved this software and will recommend to future employers. It's a great way to streamline client communication. You don't have to give out your personal number but can route calls directly to your personal phone. You can set business hours so that clients in different time zones aren't calling you at strange hours, and if you're in the field or at lunch, you don't have to miss important calls because you're away from your desk.
