RingCentral Pros: Lots of bells and whistles. Seems to handle all different type of office needs Cons: Phones could be updated. Phone displays are basic and out of date.
Great for mobile employees Pros: Working out of the office a few times a week was easy being able to have Ring Central automatically push calls to my cellphone. Cons: Was tricky to set up but once set up it was great. Overall: Great. Would recommend.
Big Time Saver Pros: Once I figured out how to use it, i only fax from here. Cons: All of the features not easily known. I know I am only getting a small bit out of it that it is capable of.
Automatic Calls Pros: I do like the ability to make automatic calls. It has helped in our support aspects and making sure that we are documenting customer conversations. Cons: The ability to set up automatic call recording is limited. The recording is long and not very loud and takes up time when you are setting up a voicemail. Overall: We use it and the experience is good. The automatic call recording should have a few more options though when setting it up.
RingCentral Office Review Pros: RingCentral is what we use for calls at work. It's great and easy to use for making and receiving calls. It sorts out your log and you can easily check a certain call you had and listen to it, since everything is recorded. It's easy to transfer calls from, do conference calls, and parking the call is a great feature we use when it's so busy and we need to pick up calls on queue. Reliable VIOP Pros: Easy to use and very reliable. Always works, never had issues with it. It is the gold standard when it comes to VIOP. The connection is always solid and the sound is great. Cons: It would be great if it had a texting features inside the messenger. The interface could be revamped and updated. Overall: I use it for every demo call, always works. It is my go to when I have a customer to call.
Faxes anywhere Pros: I love just being able to scan the docs type the number and poof its gone, no need for phone line, bulky machine anything. Cons: i don't like the web application, it can use a good upgrade
It satisfies the needs of a communication device Pros: It is simple enough to use, however, it is not completely easy to use. There need to be more instructions on how the application and the desktop work. Cons: The application is more difficult to understand than the desktop version. It also has a different version for PC than Mac. We had a hard time configuring with PC. Overall: It has the basic functions of telephone communication. Ringcentral Reivew Pros: Ring Central has always beeen a great VOIP for us. Phone calls are clear and system is easy to use. Cons: There is not anything that I like least about Ring Central.
