RingCentral Office Review Pros: RingCentral is what we use for calls at work. It's great and easy to use for making and receiving calls. It sorts out your log and you can easily check a certain call you had and listen to it, since everything is recorded. It's easy to transfer calls from, do conference calls, and parking the call is a great feature we use when it's so busy and we need to pick up calls on queue. Reliable VIOP Pros: Easy to use and very reliable. Always works, never had issues with it. It is the gold standard when it comes to VIOP. The connection is always solid and the sound is great. Cons: It would be great if it had a texting features inside the messenger. The interface could be revamped and updated. Overall: I use it for every demo call, always works. It is my go to when I have a customer to call.
Faxes anywhere Pros: I love just being able to scan the docs type the number and poof its gone, no need for phone line, bulky machine anything. Cons: i don't like the web application, it can use a good upgrade
It satisfies the needs of a communication device Pros: It is simple enough to use, however, it is not completely easy to use. There need to be more instructions on how the application and the desktop work. Cons: The application is more difficult to understand than the desktop version. Ringcentral Reivew Pros: Ring Central has always beeen a great VOIP for us. Phone calls are clear and system is easy to use. Cons: There is not anything that I like least about Ring Central.
prefect software for voice serivce Pros: it includes everything, and they have good customer support. Cons: its expensive compare to other company, but its worth
Take meetings to another level! Pros: It's very convenient for our team to hold meetings with our offshore team and collaborate on projects by being able to share screens and have multiple people join the call. Cons: They could update the UI/UX to make it more modern.
Not Too Bad If You're Not Too Busy Pros: RingCentral's phones are pretty intuitive and easy to use! Cons: The accompanying app is way too difficult to navigate. Apart from that, we lose connectivity to RingCentral's servers several times a day. Every time that happens we waste a minute rebooting the phones.
Once I switched to using my cell - life got so much better Pros: I actually have been fairly skeptical of the software since I've been using the IP phone for a year and a half. I was never too proud of it and what it could do. However, once I have switched to using the app on my phone and a bluetooth, I really couldn't be any happier.
