Easy to use with a variety of ways to use it. Very easy to use, for scheduled meetings or ones improvised, using a physical office phone, your smart phone, outlook, or physical devices within meeting rooms.
Not bad, but not amazing. RingCentral is a decent service for distributed workforces to reconnect via phone conversations. We used the platform for both internal communications as well as scheduling with external clients/vendors.
