Switching to Ringcentral's cloud-based, hosted solution allowed us to scrap our legacy phone system that were outdated in its functionality. Due to Covid19 pandemic we accelerated Ringcentral implementation as it was the best solution for displaced workforce as many employees need to work remotely.

Rock solid and easy to setup and use RingCentral's system just works, it's so easy to set up and integrate with OKTA or Google. The rollout was easy and support has been good. We have had some teething issues but support and Account manager are on it and have resolved the majority. I can see why they are the market leader as it's a rock-solid product.
