prefect software for voice serivce Pros: it includes everything, and they have good customer support. Cons: its expensive compare to other company, but its worth
Take meetings to another level! Pros: It's very convenient for our team to hold meetings with our offshore team and collaborate on projects by being able to share screens and have multiple people join the call. Cons: They could update the UI/UX to make it more modern.
Not Too Bad If You're Not Too Busy Pros: RingCentral's phones are pretty intuitive and easy to use! Cons: The accompanying app is way too difficult to navigate. Apart from that, we lose connectivity to RingCentral's servers several times a day. Every time that happens we waste a minute rebooting the phones.
Once I switched to using my cell - life got so much better Pros: I actually have been fairly skeptical of the software since I've been using the IP phone for a year and a half. I was never too proud of it and what it could do. However, once I have switched to using the app on my phone and a bluetooth, I really couldn't be any happier. I have full powers and the ability to even transfer to personal cell phones. I am happy now. Why would anyone have a desk phone with RingCentral available? Pros: Absolutely loved this software and will recommend to future employers. It's a great way to streamline client communication. You don't have to give out your personal number but can route calls directly to your personal phone. You can set business hours so that clients in different time zones aren't calling you at strange hours, and if you're in the field or at lunch, you don't have to miss important calls because you're away from your desk. Phone service with multiple options Pros: I like the capacity that it has to save and store all voicemail and numbers by date and time so there are no mishaps if someone accidentally deletes from their phone. I also like that you can check your records and recording remotely without needing a secure server or VPN. Cons: I do not like that I can't import messages or recordings to a line. Great Product! Pros: I like the ease of being able to log in from anywhere to adjust the phones, fax, check settings, etc. Cons: There is nothing I can say that I do not like about it.
Great way to communicate with the rest of the team Pros: It's very easy to use, just like any messaging apps. You can create groups and teams, easily share files and find old messages. Cons: It can be slow at times and there's still some bugs that need to be fixed. Overall: It helps our team stay updated with what's going on in everybody's projects, very useful.
Good alternative to in-house PBX Pros: Great easy to set up VOIP office phone service. Cons: Internet based. Annoying marketing calls.
