Easy for Alternative Phone Numbers Pros: We use Ring Central for our 877 phone number for our office and its so easy. If I need to transfer the calls over the weekend to a technician I can. Or when we miss a call I get an email with the voicemail. Cons: I would like it alert me when the incoming calls come from ring central.
Great for Start-Ups Pros: I used RingCentral when I first opened my old business. I needed a VOIP phone system that let customers know that they were dealing with a professional company, regardless of how small our staff was. RingCentral did that, and made me look like a great service provider before I ever even spoke to our customers. I would recommend this service to anyone starting a business. Cons: I honestly can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about this software.
office phone Pros: This software is great to use the app on my laptop to field calls or send texts. Cons: The least thing I like about this software is transferring a call, it does not give you a ton of time to enter a phone number and will just hang up.

Good features Pros: This is very simple, yet still offers very valuable features. it offers an amazing app for your computer, and app for your cell phone that allows you to text from your office line, dial from your office line, and check voicemail. Had for a few years for our entire office staff Pros: Provides a lot of products and service lines for our staff. Cons: Cost is a little pricey for phone lines and glip internally messaging is buggy.
RingCentral is Awesome Pros: My company has 35+ locations. We were using a hodge podge of POT providers and antiquated phone systems. RingCentral allowed us to upgrade phones without buying phone systems and saves my company $60000 annually. Cons: I don't like the queues.... I wish they functioned more like a hunt group
Inexpensive and effective Pros: RingCentral is relatively inexpensive to use and provides a full set of features. The flexibility provided by the interface on the computer and useful interface for Voicemail may make it better in some ways than a conventional phone system, especially because I can receive and make calls from my cell phone easily. Ring Central Pros: I guess that I like you can make calls, leave messages, have a voice mail and text through one system via wifi on your computer or phone app Cons: If your wifi is not strong your calls will drop. And then if you drop off wifi it sucks a lot of your data usage. Also, it's just not very functional when storing numbers and trying to view messages. Overall: Ring Central allows my start up company to provide a phone system for cheap when we don't have land lines.
