Great Telephone System Pros: So many features that allow the IT department full control on the phones. IT can order a new phone and have it shipped to any office in any location in a certain amount of time. Cons: It was a lot to learn which took me a while to get familiar with all the options and features I had. Overall: Great system i used at my previous job. I plan on looking into them at my current job when our lease gets closer to closing with our current provider.
We've been using it for years Pros: We’ve been among early adopters of Ringcentral, migrating from a PBX solution years ago, seeing all the improvements the service went through all these years. The fairly recent addition of Meetings was welcomed by our team, making is drop an alternative solution we’ve been paying for separately. Cons: Cumbersome support (you always have to go through your account manager to make simple changes to your account such as adding lines or making user changes.
One of the best VOIP for businesses Pros: This software is very reliable and I really liked the ability to seamlessly place calls over different mediums and text through the app or computer. Easy for Alternative Phone Numbers Pros: We use Ring Central for our 877 phone number for our office and its so easy. If I need to transfer the calls over the weekend to a technician I can. Or when we miss a call I get an email with the voicemail. Cons: I would like it alert me when the incoming calls come from ring central.
Great for Start-Ups Pros: I used RingCentral when I first opened my old business. I needed a VOIP phone system that let customers know that they were dealing with a professional company, regardless of how small our staff was. RingCentral did that, and made me look like a great service provider before I ever even spoke to our customers. I would recommend this service to anyone starting a business. Cons: I honestly can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about this software.

Had for a few years for our entire office staff Pros: Provides a lot of products and service lines for our staff. Cons: Cost is a little pricey for phone lines and glip internally messaging is buggy.
RingCentral is Awesome Pros: My company has 35+ locations. We were using a hodge podge of POT providers and antiquated phone systems. RingCentral allowed us to upgrade phones without buying phone systems and saves my company $60000 annually. Cons: I don't like the queues.... I wish they functioned more like a hunt group
