No complaints. Good features Pros: This is very simple, yet still offers very valuable features. it offers an amazing app for your computer, and app for your cell phone that allows you to text from your office line, dial from your office line, and check voicemail. I use this app daily, and it allows me to text with candidates without using my cell phone. I have not had a complaint yet. Had for a few years for our entire office staff Pros: Provides a lot of products and service lines for our staff. Cons: Cost is a little pricey for phone lines and glip internally messaging is buggy.
RingCentral is Awesome Pros: My company has 35+ locations. We were using a hodge podge of POT providers and antiquated phone systems. RingCentral allowed us to upgrade phones without buying phone systems and saves my company $60000 annually. Cons: I don't like the queues.... I wish they functioned more like a hunt group
Inexpensive and effective Pros: RingCentral is relatively inexpensive to use and provides a full set of features. The flexibility provided by the interface on the computer and useful interface for Voicemail may make it better in some ways than a conventional phone system, especially because I can receive and make calls from my cell phone easily. Ring Central Pros: I guess that I like you can make calls, leave messages, have a voice mail and text through one system via wifi on your computer or phone app Cons: If your wifi is not strong your calls will drop. And then if you drop off wifi it sucks a lot of your data usage. Also, it's just not very functional when storing numbers and trying to view messages. Overall: Ring Central allows my start up company to provide a phone system for cheap when we don't have land lines.
Ring Central Review Pros: I like that it keeps my personal phone number private, but I can take work calls when I am out and about if I need to. Cons: Sometimes it doesn't ring when I am not in wifi and it drains my phone battery.
RingCentral made it easy! Pros: Customer Service is Top Notch! from selecting our plan to on-boarding. We had 2 different service reps assigned to our account. One of the plans and general Q&A. The other more technical rep. did the On-Boarding and 3 training sessions in consecutive weeks in order for me to use the systems for a week and jot down any questions I may have had. Yes. It is awesome! Pros: I can use this to call from anywhere. I don't need to use my desktop phone. If I met the house and I'm working from home, I have my CRM and RingCentral on my desktop and it is almost just as good as working at the office. As far as my clients know, it is just as good. I use this whether I travel or am at home and it is seamless. Cons: I wish it had a stronger intercom feature for the soft phones. The soft phones are the desktop applications that work like a phone. Ring Ring! Pros: SUPPORT! Quick, knowledgeable and efficient. I like the follow-up messages. I use the Call Log most of all to track or search for calls that may have been missed. The secure faxing option. Texting Cons: Sometimes I find digging down to find some of the voice messages and text message in the online site. The mobile app doesn't always show the latest calls.
