"Fax Services" Pros: It is very easy with the app right on my desktop. I get notification emails whenever I receive a fax. Sending is also very easy by just dragging a file right to the app.Cons: I have had a couple of faxes not fully come through, and I can't really tell whether it is a problem on the senders end or not.

It's nice that I can continue to reach out to people and grow the business without worrying about phone calls, texts all the hours of the day.Cons: The design estacic to the app could look a bit more professionall and clean.

We had all the employee on it and everybody love it.Pros: What I love about this phone system is you can have customers text message you! I've never had that with any phone company.Cons: Don't hate anything about it. The company is easy to work with.
