Excellent Softphone System Pros: Cross-device communication makes it extremely convenient so that whether you're away from your computer, you can still dial out or receive inbound calls, or if your phone runs out of batteries, you can easily log into the application on your computer and work from there. Cons: Sometimes there is poor quality, and there are times where the end user calling you is hearing echos of themselves.
Other than voice breakage sometime pretty good value for money Pros: It was easy to use, integrated well with sfdc, Cons: Has a limitation if there are more than 10 tabs open it won't give you click to dial option. Call drops sometimes.
Cost-effective Phone+Fax Pros: I love how it includes fax capabilities included with the phone service for the same price as others who only include phone. I also chose Ring Central because it had an app that I could use on my personal cell phone...the app allows me to keep my business line and personal line separate but to only carry one phone. Wonderful! Pros: The customer service is always spot on. Very easy to set up ring groups the call quality is excellent even with the mobile app. Cons: As of now, you can't block short code numbers. It is very annoying but I have been told they are working on it.
Ring Central Review Pros: Once I got to figure out the changes they made, it is a great program and easy to use. The best is that they email you after the fax is sent. Cons: They changed the sign in procedure and since I am not tech savvy, I had a hard time. I still have a little trouble signing in but I get it because I don't use it too often. Overall: It works for me a great deal because some companies refuse to scan a paper to you, but will fax it to you.
Great Phone Software system Pros: Easy to use, great support, usually gets any issue resolved on the first call. I can count on one hand the number of issues i have had using it for over 5yrs Cons: I don't have any con's to the RingCentral product.
RingCentral aids hearing aid assistance Call Center Pros: We are an all-volunteer organization and this software enables our volunteers to use their own cell phones to respond to calls without giving away their personal phone numbers. The person they are calling only sees the call coming from HEAR Nashville. Cons: Have not run into any significant problems to comment about. Overall: Very good. It's exactly what we need for the type of function it provides for our Call Center volunteers.
