Ran a one woman business with an 800 number from Ring Central and had a large company presence Pros: I had multiple phone extensions and was able to record a professionally recorded outbound message so that none of my customers knew that I didn't have legitimate office and was often working from my home or even from my car at times. Ring central Pros: LOVE the fact that I can make and receive phone calls. Extremely easy to navigate and have all calls recorded to verify any discrepancies. However more importantly, provide coaching to my people to improve customer satisfaction Cons: Such an easy program to use and haven’t had one complaint yet

Flexible phone services Pros: I love how easy the integration between your desk phone and mobile - you can easily use the phone on your desktop, mobile app or through your company. Cons: The notifications are weird, sometimes my phone does not alert me to text messages or the phone will ring through on my desk and computer but not the mobile app. Also, I'm not sure this is a Ring Central issue but if I have an incoming call it doesn't work through my Bluetooth headphones but if I'm making an outbound call it does. Works sometimes Pros: If you just use the phone app or just the computer app it works. Calls come in with good quality. Transferring the caller is very simple. Cons: If you are logged onto both the phone app and the computer app the caller can no longer hear you. If you are in a queue and tell it to decline it just keeps ringing. With headphones in if you have another meeting/system open, they can hear it ring and ring and ring.
Ring Central Review Pros: What I like most about the software is that all activity regarding my account is easily accessible through the account online portal and the user friendly application. Cons: Although, overall the application is user friendly, making certain changes to the account can be a little sketchy or hard to implement.
Excellent Softphone System Pros: Cross-device communication makes it extremely convenient so that whether you're away from your computer, you can still dial out or receive inbound calls, or if your phone runs out of batteries, you can easily log into the application on your computer and work from there. Cons: Sometimes there is poor quality, and there are times where the end user calling you is hearing echos of themselves.
Other than voice breakage sometime pretty good value for money Pros: It was easy to use, integrated well with sfdc, Cons: Has a limitation if there are more than 10 tabs open it won't give you click to dial option. Call drops sometimes.
